TOPIC: going on vacation

Hey guys, I just joined the forum here, and Ive been at p90x for almost a full two months. (on the fourth day of my second recovery week)
Well anyway, Im going on vacation tomorrow, I believe until wednesday, possibly till saturday. I was wondering what I should do, I use dumbells and a pullup machine or whatever. So basically I cannot do strength workouts while Im gone. Should I just redo the recovery week and begin my first week of phase three when I get back? Any help is appreciated, Im leaving tomorrow so I need advice, thanks! Also, sorry for the text wall, lol. |

I'm heading out next week for vacation as well; realized that even bands are not going to work with the way the place is configured, so it's going to be no-weight, no-band workouts only. Also my wife and sister-in-law say they will join in for "cardio" workouts, so I put this list together, sort of a recovery week, sort of not:
Sun Core Synergistics Mon Plyometrics Tues Cardio X Wed Yoga X Thurs Interval X (from the P90X "Plus" series) Fri Kenpo X Sat X Stretch before the drive home. Then I'll pick up my regular workout week when I get back. |

Thats a good routine, although core gives me horrible headaches, so I normally sub it with kenpo, and I dont have the Interval workout. from what I understand p90x is pretty substitute-friendly, so I might just replace both of them with kenpo, or perhaps one with plyo. Thanks for the help, and have fun on vacation lol
