Hey there,

I have just started really, I'm still in week one and I am determined not to quit and think il just start again, I have unfortunately missed 2 days due to illness and I am worried about catching up, would if be possible/advisable to do two days workouts in one day?

I dont meant either both at the same time, or one in the morning and one in the evening til I can catch up back to the program?

Don't worry about making up the workouts. Just pick up where you left off. Do your best and............

If you do that, do so carefully. Even though the programs are working different muscles groups, over training could lead to injury. Make sure you have your nutrition locked down so you're feeding your body what it needs to get through those workouts. Above all, listen to your body. If you feel like it's too much, then stop.

I have done 2 workouts in 1 day to catch up, but I did so only twice in the 90 days....and one of them was plyo.

Last year I lost my job in May and for the first month, I sat around in my depression, barely working out and playing softball.
So I'm continuing my rollercoaster ride of fitness, trying to not have so many peaks and valleys.
