Back At It!!! PLEASE HELP 2 years, 4 months ago #93957

So I have packed on some extra weight and decided to start P90X again but have run into a serious issue. When I did Plyo last week I hurt my right foot somehow, I even made sure to try to land softly and all that but regardless I have been limping around for the last week. Today is supposed to be Plyo again but I cannot do it with my foot like this SO, what should I do for a workout today? I want to burn the calories. PLEASE HELP
