Well, I'm starting to try and right my mind again. I've been on a bit of an emotional high with people beginning to recognize the change I'm making. It makes to easy to start relaxing a bit because you're enjoying all the glory, and forgetting how hard you've worked and how far you have to go.
I am not even close to where I want to be. I did legs & back today. I'm really starting to realize that if I want to increase my 90 day results, I'm definitely going to need to add heavier dumbbells. I think I've proven my commitment, and I need to supply myself with more flexibility. Day 41 is in the books, looking forward to basketball tomorrow! |

Day 42 - Basketball
Sigh, I gotta a good workout in but I played with one of the worst point guards I've ever played with. Don't want to talk about it. Did a little extra yoga as well, tried out Tony's fountain of youth. Didn't do the whole thing, just about 25 minutes worth. On to Chest/Shoulders/Tris & Ab ripper x! Day 42 is gone! |

Day 43 - Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps/Ab Ripper X
Woke up pretty lethargic, but started feeling better after I did ab ripper x and took care of some errands I've been putting off. In the afternoon I crushed through Chest, it was a rocker. I was doing more 3-in-1's and pike presses. By the end of the workout I couldn't do a single standard push-up. Eating was very good. Starting to reintroduce the grilled chicken breast and veggies into my diet. I've been eating clean, but haven't gotten enough vegetables. I'm starting to address that. Day 43 is gone...plyo tomorrow...! |

I ended up getting sick this week and just was off overall. I did stay relatively active and didn't fall off the wagon diet-wise (thought I was definitely not sharp). I've decided to lengthen this phase by a week, because this sickness really derailed me. I'm still determined, but a little push would be nice because I feel so physically weak right now from being sick!
I'm going to try to get some cardio x in tomorrow and will be re-starting this week with Chest on Tuesday. |

Wow man. I have to admit to even doubting myself for a bit there. Getting off track really breaks up the rhythm you get into showing up every day. I pushed through, showed up today and got really serious. I think I worked out harder than ever today. My roommate really gave me an extra push with some spots and verbal encouragement. It was huge. I'm determined to really rock this week out so I can cruise into the recovery week with no regrets. Sucks that I got sick, but it's way more important that I rebounded like this!
Day 43 in the books! |

Got my butt kicked, yada yada. Don't have much to say, I'm a bit busy with homework. On to Back & Biceps! |
