KENPO!! love this workout...really brought it today, maybe because i had to have some caffiene this morning but wow it made a difference. hope you guys are doing good today and keep bringing it...oh ya....GOOO HOGS!

Monday mornings, got a good chest,shoulder, tricep workout this morning, after my next to last push ups this morning i think i pushed a little to much and got a cramp in my neck, so i didnt do the last 1 arm pushups at all, didnt want to take a chance on it. besides that everything went pretty good, went up 5 pounds on most of my weights and can really feel it. starting to feel kinda lonely on here guys where is everyone.

Legs & Back
Skipped it on Friday and did it saturday. which means i skipped kenpo x altogrther. i only did ab ripper x once this last week. gotta do better next weeek. |

Chest and Shoulders.
Workout went great. i didnt wanna do it but my gf was there for motivation. I was glad i did if after i was finished. I didnt do ABX tho. I feel like im slippin inthe motivational department. I really gotta kick it up a notch. |

Hey guys - I am still trying to figure this out. Really sorry I keep saying I will have it done - but college is really taking too much of my time. I was able to do some thinking about my workout routine - although I still need your help!!!!
So a lot has been happening and all too fast. My college has started and its fresher’s week so I feel like I am different life all together! Once I started college i realised how busy i am going to be – I really do not feel like I will be able to do an hour long workout every day for 6 days a week. I feel like I have to say sorry to the team for jus writing that sentence – but am not going to give up. Like tony says I will jus modify and carry on. Since I don’t have college on weekend I will be defiantly be able to do workouts then – I think I should do double on these days. So I will be doing a cardio and a strength workout on these two days. I will also be doing ABRX on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Also I will have a half day on Wednesday so I will be able to fit another workout here – preferably a strength one. Could someone help me make a workout routine based on this? I would like to try and reach all parts of my body – as I am not particularly focusing on one particular area. Also I will try my very best to fit in another workout if I can (although I think it might be a very unlikely). I would really love you advice from all of you – not just the one person! Thats all i have gotten to write about my workout routine - I am stillwokring on my nutrion and other things that I will be posting, they will also need your advices. Forever greatful DEX PS- please let me know if you guys need any help at all, I would love to be of assistance to great people like you guys !!!! |
