Hey there all you newbies, just a suggestion, for your daily workout logs, please create one thread for yourself and add your daily's in that folder, seems that we are getting alot of people creating a new thread for each day, and by the time your done, we're gonna have like sixty pages people will have to wade through just to get to their own page or trying to read yours. This way you will have a running log of your entire journey. Or you can break it up and create a new thread for each Phase of your workout.
