Hey all. I am still around. The last post I had said that I screwed up and fell off the wagon after 7 weeks. Well I took the last month off and improved my workout room and put together a much better diet that follows the P90x plan. I also recruited my 52 year old dad to join me. So today was day 3 since we are starting over together from the beginning. It is nice to see everyone is still going strong and congratulations to all who have finished. I probably will not post everyday but I will be reading all of your posts to keep me motivated.
