I know my post lately have been slim pickens but don't worry I haven't fallen off the wagon. Infact I feel like the horse! I left you guys hanging after that crazy 6 hours of working out on Thursday. Surprizingly I felt pretty good the next day, guess the combinations of work outs left me in decent enough condition to continue on with day 33!

Day 33 legs and back.


Day 33 was good ol legs and back. My legs where feeling the pain. Between spinning on wednesday twice and plyo and kick boxing on thursday... Ya ouch. No good but my legs are pretty resiliant. I felt cramping coming on early though and had to lighten the load on a few of the work outs and not go as deep with some. Pull ups on the other hand felt amazing! Every set I did at least 3 clean ones. That is big for me. During the last few pull ups sets Id normaly have to use the chair starting. So ya, Awesomeness!!

Day 34 Kenpo Cardio Plus!


This is a mean work out. But kicking and punches just doesn't seem right unless I'm doing combinations. At the end of this work out I weighed myself and I broke 190!!! 189.9! Then I drank the rest of my water and had my recovery drink(whey and grape fruit juice). So much for that lol.

Day 35 rest day cept I did yoga again..

I love Yoga, nothing makes me sweat as hard. I love it.

Week 2 of Phase II!! Day 36 Chest, Tri and Shoulders


Ok, this was pretty much the same as last week except I knew what I was doing now!! So I pushed much much harder. Infact after throwing the bombs I believe it was and going into side to side push ups and went down to my hands and litterly colapsed to my face! It was a good feeling... I yelled out to my brother to come and look at how pathetic I looked ha ha. I found it quite funny that I had been reduced to not being able to do them with out a little grunting and/or screaming. So awesome.


Funny thing today at work. I had 3 people today come in and ask me if I had lost weight, and then responded with comments along the lines of "Be careful loosing weight that fast, you look like your wasting away" I couldn't help but laugh. Be back tomorrow with Plyo! And maybe more? (I get bored on my days off )

Ok, I lauged really really hard at this! Way to go man, keep it up! Congrats on the wasting away comments!

Day 37ish and 38

I did plyo and Bi and Back today back to back. I smashed through plyo up until rock stars, my legs feel like concrete. Its a good feeling I had my Whey protein and remaining water and an 4oz glass of grape fruit juice post work out and layed face down on the floor for 1/2 an hour. Such a good feeling(thanks for giving me the idea addict). After that I got up and jumped right into Bi and Back. Once again.. intense. The static curls kill me. I did everything with 25lbs and wouldn't go lower. I refused. I was dropping down to the 20s when I was having trouble getting past 8 reps last week. But this time I faught through only using 25s. I can't wait for my select techs!! then I can really bring it... I was a little frustrated no being able to use a heavier weight during locomotives... so I just pushed my self till failure. I made it to 110 reps with 25s. Probably too many... but ohh well. Next time I'll have heavier weights, I hope. I couldn't do the max rep pull up set. I was spent. I decided since I couldn't pull myself up even with the chair, I would just hang there. So I did. And it hurt lol. Strip sets with bands, it where it is at. So intense!

See you tomorrow for Yoga and kick boxing.

Just tell them everything you ate the day before. Once you finish rattling off the list, you can just see them trying to imagine eating that many times a day. My father-in-law had this look like "holy crap that's a lot of food.".

Awesome work so far! 110 reps of what with 25s?!!??

Day 39 I subbed in kick boxing and Pilates(yoga will be my rest day)

Once again I acted as co instructor in my moms kick boxing class. Man did I turn up the heat. My speed and striking accuracy are at a level that I have never been at before due to the improved cardio. I can combo kick like a mad man. Front kick, round house, axe kick, turning back kick, jumping round house, turning reverse circle kick.... Im gunna feel this tomorrow. It may not have been a P90X work out... but it sure felt like it when I was done.

Afterward I did Pilates, basically it works like the P90X Core and ab ripper. But with the cardio rate of yoga. Yoga for abs My mom decided to be mean since I stayed to take the class and pulled out every advanced move she had at her disposal... Ball pikes are my bane. It looks like pike push ups except your body is in plank like in yoga with your feet on the ball and your roll the ball to your front with your legs keeping them straight and piking... argg... ya.

If I can find an advanced Pilates dvd, I'll let you know, it might be something nice to add to the P90X line up? Muscle confusion is what its all about right?

let us know if you find some advanced pilates for I'm semi actively looking for somthing to replace Yoga.
