I know my post lately have been slim pickens but don't worry I haven't fallen off the wagon. Infact I feel like the horse! I left you guys hanging after that crazy 6 hours of working out on Thursday. Surprizingly I felt pretty good the next day, guess the combinations of work outs left me in decent enough condition to continue on with day 33!
Day 33 legs and back.
Day 33 was good ol legs and back. My legs where feeling the pain. Between spinning on wednesday twice and plyo and kick boxing on thursday... Ya ouch. No good but my legs are pretty resiliant. I felt cramping coming on early though and had to lighten the load on a few of the work outs and not go as deep with some. Pull ups on the other hand felt amazing! Every set I did at least 3 clean ones. That is big for me. During the last few pull ups sets Id normaly have to use the chair starting. So ya, Awesomeness!!
Day 34 Kenpo Cardio Plus!
This is a mean work out. But kicking and punches just doesn't seem right unless I'm doing combinations. At the end of this work out I weighed myself and I broke 190!!! 189.9! Then I drank the rest of my water and had my recovery drink(whey and grape fruit juice). So much for that lol.
Day 35 rest day cept I did yoga again..
I love Yoga, nothing makes me sweat as hard. I love it.
Week 2 of Phase II!! Day 36 Chest, Tri and Shoulders
Ok, this was pretty much the same as last week except I knew what I was doing now!! So I pushed much much harder. Infact after throwing the bombs I believe it was and going into side to side push ups and went down to my hands and litterly colapsed to my face! It was a good feeling... I yelled out to my brother to come and look at how pathetic I looked ha ha. I found it quite funny that I had been reduced to not being able to do them with out a little grunting and/or screaming. So awesome.
Funny thing today at work. I had 3 people today come in and ask me if I had lost weight, and then responded with comments along the lines of "Be careful loosing weight that fast, you look like your wasting away" I couldn't help but laugh. Be back tomorrow with Plyo! And maybe more? (I get bored on my days off
