This weekend was pretty rough on the diet. I knew getting into this, I would drink a little. I ended up drinking all three days of the weekend

Day 19 Legs and Back
Good workout. Legs are pretty sore this weekend, especially shins.
Calories 2432 - This includes alot of vodka.

Day 20 - Rest (Instead of Kenpo)
I was pretty hungover and had no energy for a workout. Decided to take my rest day early this weekend. Should of stretched out.

The stretches b4 Kenpo are extremely tough for me. I still through punches like Muhammad Ali.
