Skull's Daily Burn 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Round 1 - Start Date - 8th Feb 2010

Day 1

Slept: 12:30am - 8am

Diet:
Breakfast - Light Cottage Cheese & Strawberries
Lunch - Chef's Salad
Afternoon Snack - Protein Bar
Dinner - Cucumber Soup, Salmon & Asparagus

Workout: Chest & Back

Feeling: Felt good to start the program. I struggled quite a bit with the whole workout but I pushed through. Hoping to increase in the long term with my pull-ups and chin-ups (they are presently a problem possibly due to my weight-to-strength ratio). Burned like I've never felt before, but it was a good burn.

Day 2

Slept: 1am-9am

Diet:
Breakfast - Protein Shake
Lunch - Prawn Stir Fry
Afternoon Snack - Pistachios
Dinner - Chicken & Beans
Late Snack - Protein Bar

Workout: Plyometrics

Feeling: Plyometrics absolutely killed me, particularly given my muscles had started to ache from the previous day's session. I realised how terrible my fitness level truly is but that only has me inspired to work harder still to reach my goal. I enjoyed some of the moves and it was quite a bit of fun. Tony was a great host as always and truth be told I enjoyed this work out more than Chest & Back. I can't wait to do it again so I can attack it with increased stamina and fitness.

Day 3

Slept: 1am-9am

Diet:
Breakfast - Chicken Scramble
Lunch - Pork Salad
Dinner - Fish & Zucchini
Late Snack - Protein Bar

Workout: Shoulders & Arms

Feeling: Enjoyed this more than the previous day's intense cardio. Struggled a little bit with form so was hurting a little at the end however going to remain focused and do my best to correct in future sessions.

Day 4

Slept: 1am-9am

Diet:
Breakfast - Mozarella Muffin
Lunch - Steak Salad
Dinner - Chicken Breast w/ Peas & Quinoa
Late Snack - Protein Bar

Workout: YogaX

Feeling: Like many I was surprised by just how hard Yoga X was. Whilst saying that though, I really enjoyed some of the stretching and I know I will benefit from it in the long term. The bonus ab workout at the end was incredibly challenging too, didn't hit all the moves but gave it my best. Abs have been tender basically all week (which is probably a combination of learning form, and having lain dormant so long).
