WOW! It's been a while since I've had a chance to read your posts. It sounds like you're doing really great. I think you and I are at the same point in the program. I'm in the middle of week three right now.

Great to read about your progress, battles, and victories! Keep us all posted!

Thanks for checking in. Chest and Back went awesome yesterday, I felt great. I love the feeling after the workout...biceps just flare out.

Plyo was great today, even though my thighs felt a little tight, but got through it regardless.

Can't wait for shoulders and arms in the morning...should be great!

Recovery week starts tomorrow...looking forward to it!!!
I'll probably still do some push-ups and pull-ups throughout the week just so it doesn't surprise me the following week.

Thanks Ken,

Core Synergistics was fun indeed. The recovery week was just what the doctor ordered. Started Phase II Today and, is it just me or did we go after our triceps on this workout....WOW!!! Looking forward to chest and back on Wednesday. PHASE II should be fun...

The diet is going good, but still haven't been able to put on a lot of weight, maybe 2 or 3 pounds. I gotta find a different way.

As a side note, I'm in the air force and got a chance to lead PT couple of times...i just took a little bit from our workouts and man people hated it, but they LOVED it and everyone was asking about where i got those moves from...more customers for you Beachbody!

If your arms don't feel like a couple of bricks after day one you did something wrong. Could you imagine the entire U.S. Military made up of Tony Hortons. I'm sure Tony would Salute you for spreading his word. Maybe throw in a Crane Pose or how about Pretzel Right Angle Pose.

That's too funny...what's even funnier (or maybe not), is that I forgot to tell people to go get a mat. Couple of people came to me afterwards and requested we have mats the next time we do a workout like that...definitely will do that, i felt bad.

My triceps and shoulders definitely felt like jello on tuesday, but DAMN!!! that Back and Biceps is no JOKE (i love it). I was at work and attempted to lift a 10 pound box and man did that hurt. I surely looked like a little girl in front of the co-workers, it was all good though.

This week is almost over!!!

BTW, I was checking out some youtube clips on P90X+ --> SCARY.

Just finished middle of Week 2 of Phase II, one more week then Recovery Week baby!!!!

Everything seems to be going well...hope it stays this way.

Week 1 of Phase two will be complete tomorrow.

I think i pushed myself a little too much on legs and back, should have listened to my body, but I feel okay today. But recentely my lower back has been kind of hurting me, don't know why. I didn't hit anything to strain too much, hopefully it'll get better in a week or so.

Right now I'm on Phase II recover week. Things are going great...JUST ONE MORE PHASE LEFT. The time spent so far on P90X went by fairly fast. I don't dread Yoga anymore...even though it is long.

Congrats on your progress Skinny. I had to restart week 10 yesterday those 4 days off messed me up. I was wondering if you are still using the Endurox R4. I wanted to try something else before I reorder the other recovery formula. I plan on doing another 90 days and would like to find something local to buy. I have a GNC and a Vitamin World very close to where I work. I am pretty sure that they both have it. How does it taste? Is it only available in fruit punch?


Anyway you are now in the home stretch. Is your PT getting easier?

Sorry for the late reply Ken. Yes I'm still using the Endurox R4, I just ordered my second box last week from www.imedmart.com; with shipping and tax it cost me $42.67 (28 servings); it is the cheapest I could find it anywhere. The taste is awesome (Vanilla flavor), I'm not exaggerating at all when I say it tastes like a milkshake, really! The PT is getting way easy. This week when i did chest and back for the first time since phase I, i definitely felt the soreness the next day...i must have really brought it. Then later in the day, we did some more push-ups but it was no big deal.

I will most likely continue doing the program after 90 days as well. One of my vertebra has been hurting for like three weeks now, and i can't figure out what caused it. I'm still able to do all the exercises...this is funny but i think i may have hurt it during yoga of all things!

I can't believe this is almost over...i still can't seem to get any better definition on my 2 lower abs, i guess they are the hardest to get defined. But i was able to do 100 mason twists the last two times i did ab ripper x...that felt great.

Thanks for the info I am going to check it out in a miniute. I think that the last 2 cans of the six pack sounds like a great goal. You seem like you are going at it the right way. Doing more reps is the way to go with ARX. I have been doing 30 reps of the first 4 exercises and have upped my masons to 2 sets of 40.

Today was a significant milestone for Legs & Back. The first week I did 39 total unassisted pull-ups. Today I did a total of 100!!! I feel awesome, can't believe I actually did that many! Everything else is going great. Three more weeks...
