Day 2 of phase 2 -- Plyo
This workout is a butt kicker. I noticed though that my heart rate didn't get as high as it has in the past. That should be a good sign right? My legs are still a little sore.
Day 3 of phase 2 -- Back & Bicep
I liked this workout. I think I need to get one more set of dumbells though. My arms are definitely feeling it this morning.
Another thing is, I think all of my supporting muscles are getting into shape allowing me to really target the intended muscle groups now. It is a great feeling. I am even improving on Ab Ripper
