Wow! that was great! That is music to my ears. I miss my Vodka. Sounds like I can have it within reason. Thanks a lot Val for the informative response. Thanks everyone else too for all of your responses. I feel as though I am starting to see some changes and don't want to screw it up now!

Thanks!

Haven't posted for a couple of days. My internet has been down. Anyway, I am in shock that I am already in my first recvery week. Time has flown by. I am feeling good, starting to look a little better. My wife told me my arms are getting bigger. I told her that was the best compliment she has given me in years. Ha Ha. Hopefully I will get more in the future.

I am really excited to take my 30 day pictures and measurements. I will try to post my pictures.

Looking forward to Yoga tonight!

I was a little surprised at the intensity of Core Synergistics last night. I guess I shouldn't be at this point but the term "Recovery week" is a little mis-leading.

I think my core is in need of some work. My abs are more sore today than when I do Ab ripper. Overall it was a good workout, although I was really tired afterwards. Looking forward to the next time.

I am going out of town for father's day weekend and am a little nervous about the diet. We are visiting my wife's dad and I know he will want to go out to eat while we are there. The challenge will be to pick something healthy from the menus. Wish me luck!

Still pushing play!

Yeah I think the recovery week is almost as hard as the regular weeks.

I think if you stay consciously aware of your diet you will do fine this weekend.
