Ok so I started day 1 on a Tuesday because it was extremely hot in my house on Monday. I figured it would be better to start Tuesday than wait another week, I wanted to get it done, and the sooner you start the sooner you finish. Doing Classic because I prefer the videos in it instead of lean.
I did some videos last week to work out the kinks so the official day 1 I already noticed improvements in my pushups

I figured I would start with 10 "man" pushups then go to my knees until the timer was up. I did that and surpassed it during some of the pushups which made me happy. I use resistance bands and a door stop to replace the pullups. I also already notice more tone and strength in my arms.
I got my boyfriend to download the videos and he started on Monday. When I called him last night he was doing plyo and gasping so this made me scared to try it because he is a marathon runner. I did however try it this morning and was quite impressed with my ability to get through most of the video and to do the jumping with little modification. I did however stop the video 15 minutes before it was finished because my legs just didn't want to do what my brain was telling them to do.
Every time I get through a video and know I did my best I feel successful.
