Day 63 in the bag, made yesterday my rest day, had alot going on Easter wise. Today though, used KICK MY BUTT KENPO to pay for it. Got done with the workout and had alot left, so I hit play again, and got the sweat out.
Gonna rest this afternoon and maybe get some Yoga in tonight, preparing for my doubles session this week.
By the way, is anyone else having trouble seeing messages on the forum board, for some reason a few topics are not showing up, and the board says too many pages. Just wondering if I did something wrong, as I am not that computer savvy.

Day 2 of recovery week i.e. Day 51
the gym was closed today for Easter, and after a late night and preparing for a trip to my in laws, we decided not to work without anyone of us actually saying it.
so I'll do Core Syn tomorrow 1st thing and my routine will be back to normal, I hope.
This week has been a week of super drinking surprisingly I having been drunk with that booze in me I was able to attend my seminars, training, without being too tired and whatnot. next week is my cleansing week, back to the office back to my 3 liters of water and a piece of fruit every often, read every hour.

Hey guys,
Coolbreeze here...I know, weird Username but that is my Trail name that I got from Backpacking so that is my Trail name not my real name.
Anyway, I'm a newbie here and I ordered my P90X last Monday so hopefully it will be arriving in the next day or so. I've been following the thread here and it looks like I may have to start a new one or try and find someone that will be close to the same time frame as me so I will have some accountability. I am very excited to start it and seeing you guys talk about it makes me want to do it more so I'm ready to go.
I have a co-worker that went through it and he's been working out for about 15 years and he said it was the best thing he had ever done and he's tried tons of different programs. By far this was the one that kicked his tale. And he can run marathons and ride a bike for 30 miles or so but he said he's never done anything like this and it really hit some muscles he never knew he had.
So he will be an encourgement to me but hopefully I'll be able to pick up with someone else on here that might be starting in the next few days or at least close.
Coolbreeze

I don't know how to take this.
I am not feeling well, thankfully it's in my recovery week, however I'm concerned that it might work against my overall result.
This morning I could only go for have the workout of Core Synergistic.
anyway I'll see what happens tomorrow.

Do you think it was the workout? If not don't worry about it, beleive me, we have all had off days, you are dedicated! and you know you will more than make up for today. Have a good rest, keep an eye on your fluid levels and blood sugar, and you'll be back at it soon. No I'm not going to tuck you in, but I will send you a bowl of chicken noodle soup (low sodium of course)if you'd like.

Get some extra sleep. If you continue to feel like that I would start looking at changing your diet or taking a few days off. Whatever it is, I'm sure you'll get past it and be back to crushing these workouts in no time.

Day 54
I finally did a full workout! although it was not without struggles because i still have a subtle headache, the problem here is that I don't get sick so it's throwing me off.
Core Syn today and I felt like this was my first week on the program but i sucked it up, only because Phase 3 starts on saturday and I can't wait, until then i'm sweating out the funk.

Day 5 of Week 8: Day 55
Yoga X
I haven't done yoga for so long, but i woke up with a knot on my lower back and very tolerable headache so i grab my bag and my mat and of to the gym I went for some Yoga. I was pleasantly feeling good about it my workout, I did the first Half and hit the shower. I think my wife being a the gym this morning might have help with my smooth gliding process. My wife goes to the gym after I get home, she has a short commute so she can sleep in, but she was there today and when i got home she told me I seemed to do fine with Yoga as I always tell how I'm struggling with certain moves.
I don't know what I'll do tomorrow on my Rest/Stretch day but I can't wait for some Ab Ripper/Chest and Back on Saturday as i enter PHASE III
Hold on young'n this is grown folks bidness.
I am Psyched

Go slow... Take your time.. Enjoy it. I thought I would hate it.. now I love it!! It is a challenge for us muscular guys to do each and every pose. However, I am seeing benefits in balance and flexibility. I am now able to do a Hamstring stretch to the floor, etc...

Breath, breath and then breath, I started Yoga with my eyes closed today and that was cool for a second that was until my breathing got heavier

I do think I should at least get the bands for the weekends if I want to change my routine a little.
