Man, the night before the ultimate journey! I'm so excited, nervous, keen and all that! I know my first week of nutrition is going to be shyte and that SUCKS! Mainly due to current finances and what not! But shall be ok afterwards!
Did the fitness test on Saturday. What a sorry excuse for a man I have become!
I am doing doubles baby, and I'm bringing it strong!

Duuuude, I have not trained that hard in a LONG time! Thank god my knee is feeling much better!
I ended up throwing up 3 times during the session. Pushed it to the absolute Max! I could not have given more, and for that, I'm thankful to myself! =)
I ended up going a little too hard and reaching failure a little too early. However, I kept the movement going by doing negatives which was awesome!!!
Man, I cannot wait for tomorrow!

You'll get incredible results with doubles....if your nutrition is also strict. I just finished my first round of P90X doing doubles. That extra workout really helps a ton.
I just started my 2nd round today, would be cool to all follow along together.
My only advice is to stay as strict as possible on the nutrition. It will be 80% of your success.

Considering the money situation, my diet hasn't been terrible. I've been very conscious of what I put into my mouth, however, I haven't eaten enough to keep my body at 'Full'
I woke up at 1:30am today. I think my body knew it was plyo today so wanted to be awake as possible to get into it. Spoke to my Missus in the states for about 30 mins then headed down to my gym.
I think the added benefit of having a full personal training studio at my disposal is extremely helpful. Not that it's needed, but if I were at home, I'd probably slack off :o)
I can feel the effects from yesterday's chest and back- moreso the back rather the chest.
Today's plyometrics was extremely interesting. There were a few different exercises I had never seen before. I got through it all, including the bonus stuff. Although, that was after throwing up twice and dry reaching a few more times!!!! I definitely pushed it to the max. There were about 3 or 4 exercises where I stopped with about 5 seconds to go. But, just before the 30sec break i'd pause it and finish it off for another 5 seconds, if that makes sense?
There is this AWESOME quote written on the desk at the studio my Lance Armstrong:
“Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.”
That is inspiring when you're completing the last round of squat jump/knee tucks, or mary katherine lunges!! Heck, it was inspiring at the first round of jump lunges in the very beginning haha
Tony told me to bring it. I brought it, and then some...
Another added advantage of having the studio to myself is that there are no neigbors at 3:30am that will be woken from their slumber from the vulgar language protruding from my voice box at maximum volume HAHA
Good times!!
I haven't looked at the schedule... Whats tomorrow?

Well, I gave up after Wednesday. It was not the right week to start.
I got to the gym at 3:30am to hit up shoulders and arms only for my laptop to completely mess up. It eventually worked, but I only got in about 30 minutes until I had to open the gym.
Thursday, yoga, I woke up a little late, laptop shat itself again so I did a few stretches.
Friday's workout did not even exist.
So, through my proper 2 days of doing it, i got some results. It was my final week at my 'full-time' job and starting Nov 2nd I'm back into personal training full-time. This means i won't be hgetting up at 2:45am and sleeping at about 9pm. 5 1/2 hours sleep didn't cut it!
My nutrition has been awesome though! So, I'm re taking week one as I missed a few workouts. I felt so guilty on those days, so I know I won't be missing anymore !!!
