part 1
Ab Ripper X
I actually missed Ab ripper,
I killed it for the most part, some parts I had to slow down due to the my speeding up which was draining me at time.
I lost count but I did either 74 or 84 Mason twist usually I'd stopped when i start to go too high. but today is the start of phase 2 I figured, like every thing else I would go for failure.
when I got up to hit the shower I wasn't in pain as 2 weeks ago.
Part 2
Chest Shoulder and Triceps
I remember this workout form last time, I knew it was going to be insane and so it was. I got my butt kicked which I gladly took (recovery week in too slow)
tomorrow is Plyo, Happy happy JOy JOy

My beloved Plyometrics
Once again it didn't let me down
I had a not so productive day at work, and it was frustrating, so i went to the gym only to find my little corner taken so i went to the big room and of course it was occupied so i took a corner and started my stress reliever session.
another class came in (i think it was pilates) so i moved to another corner, so as not to be in their way and it was a big contrast between our workout.
i'm on 1 side breathing enough for their entire class.
i hope i wasn't too disruptive to their concentration
1106 calories burnt and i'm good to go, sore like crazy from yesterday's and today's workout i anticipated a good night sleep.

Sorry you had to keep moving around at the gym. It is one reason why I don't particularly like gyms. I like working out at home where I don't have to worry about time I am there or worrying about someone else comes in. Keep hanging in there.

Gotta love phase 2, after a week of non resitance activities you come in and meet this pile of dirt you must dig yourself out of.

"coincidently" i felt a pain in my neck around 3pm. and I was planning on hitting the gym right after work so i had to scratch that

Legs and Back
I was still feeling a little tingling in my my neck so i decided, this topped with the fact that I was so busy at work i didn't give myself enough time to complete the workout if I was to go.
Day 34
Kenpo
instead of Kenpo I did a make up session of Legs and Back
I went to the gym and knocked out Legs and Back. It felt great to go back to my old gym, there was nobody there which i expected since it was so beautiful outside
I double the intensity on the pull ups until the calluses started bothering me.
I felt a little discomfort in my neck area when doing jump and jacks.
I'm about to go and knock out Ab ripper and be happy with my hard work.

Ab Ripper is in the Bag
Fifer scissors kicked my ass as usual that's my marker once i make it
thru the entire week (3 Ab Ripper Sessions) without breaking for Fifer scissor then I'd know I've arrived. I finished strong today with 100 mason twist, and I still didn't feel the burn i was just tired of holding my legs up and admiring my "Supreme Athlete" quads

i went back to my morning workout schedule. and I'll do my Ab ripper in the evening
I forgot my ipod at the office and only realized it when i got to my locker, my office building is a couple of blocks away but that would have taken too long so i took my worksheet and checked the move to see if i remembered them, and i did better than I expected i think there were 3 moves i was confused about so i improvised on those.

yes I'm seeing result.
the main reason why I decided to start over was because I did the first round without the diet guide, while still eating healthily.
This time around i'm a bit more focused.
If you're enjoying yourself as you seem to be you should consider doing another round.

Yoga
I opted for some cardio today instead of yoga, I hit the elliptical (which i should remember to not get on anymore for it gives you the sensation of pedaling not running) for 1.5 miles
and got on the treadmill for 2 miles at high intensity.
Day 38
Legs and Back
Today was a little tough, i have strong legs so usually i can breeze through it but not today, I was suffering from the beginning.
I had to dig deep to complete it , it was so much that i didn't even do ab ripper like i was supposed to.

I am glad you were able to get through the mason twists. I have to say I always get dizzy doing them but feel great and proud when I do.

I went for some cardio instead

25 min on the treadmill, where i ran my ass off, I just couldn't wipe the sweat quick enough as it was just pouring.

with my bicycle finally ready to go I decided to go for a ride after a year long hiatus, beside re-learning how to shift everything was ok I was able to take on hills and such, thanks to my Plyo training.
