OK, so after waiting WAY too long for our P90X to make it to our APO box overseas, my wife and I started the program on monday...I really enjoyed Day one, woke up sore as hell on Tuesday but it was a good pain...Plyo was another story, my wife could only do a few minutes of it do to her Rhuematoid arthritis flairing up, and I have to stop about 20 early, I was just winded and my ankle was killing me with some of the jumps..Gonna invest in a new ankle brace and just take plyo slow..Today was a great workout, really enjoyed Back Bis and Tris...Emily was even able to keep up with most of the workout, and another amazing Ab Rippper, I love it and I hate it...Yoga tomorrow, can't wait..I can see my physical fitness scores going way up in the coming yr as I continue this program. We will post pics at the 30 day mark to show the progress.

Week two has begun, week one went pretty well...Still not able to do a whole bunch of everything, but we're getting there and bringing it every day...I can't speak for emily but I'm def feeling a little stronger. Even though i know it's not recommended I'm gonna start an extra cardio workout tomorrow..I have the navy physical fitness test coming up and dont think i'll be where I need to be with just P90X, I just hope I dont burn myself out.

Just pace yourself and do what feels good. A lot of people here do doubles. You can definitely do some extra cardio on the P90X program. I was going to the gym on some weeks up to two or three times to get some more running and stretching in.
