So far, so good! I've lost 3lbs going into my second week. I've noticed improved samtina, am able to hit the treadmill after my strength training and getting a better workout than ever before. Maybe b/c I'm in a better mindset right now. I really want to make the most of this experience. Dare I say even ab ripper is getting easier to get through. I can almost keep up with most of the reps. At least I'm not downing the motrin like I was last week.
The diet is going well, too. Just have to remember to drink more water-that's my downfall.
Good luck to all of you, I will check in later

OK, did plyo, chest and arm, and kenpo in the past three days plus some extra cardio on the treadmill. I'm feeling good and so far have lost 5 pounds. I'm pretty excited about that! A great motivator to keep going. I used to do the treadmill/eliptical for an hour 5-6 times per week before and only saw about 2-3 lbs off after 5 weeks. Talk about discouraging!
This is so different from what I have done in the past. I'm checking my heartrate and consistently staying in the zone-how can you not with all the stuff we're doing! A lot less sore, too.
So far so good! I hope I can stay motivated to continue!

Hey!
I'm happy to report that after three weeks of p90 I have lost 11 pounds and 4 inches off my waist. That's insane for me! My goal was to lose about 16-18 pounds by the end of the 90 days. I can't beleive I've accomplished so much so soon. I'm still keeping my goal the same b/c I know the numbers will start slowing down as I gain muscle (which I've noticed starting to develop in my arms)
I am going to repeat week three only because I worked a lot of extra hours last week and ended up missing two workouts and two ab rippers. I work the night shift 11p to 7am , so I'm basically trashed the day after I work.
Today is a new day! Have done chest and back and will hit the treadmill tonight.
Good luck to all of you! You keep me motivated to continue!
