I got the Insanity  ( beachbody.com ) !!! Yeah ! My ready to bring IT  ! Next monday I'll start this nightmare!
i dont know how i will hangle this.... - > p90x , that insanity , kickboxing + home training.... fail
nos is day 31 , i did Shoulders and arms , because i skipped it yesterday... i skipped some lessons too  ( becoming a bad guy )
about yoga... hm...i'll try to do it!
no i cant afford by doing yoga - at monday i got cross-country run.... i am GOING TO DO a 2 cardio X 10 min rest between them...
i will take some day 31 pics too ....

Day 31 - Yoga x - Thursday
As i said i did Shoulders and Arms ! I think i was pretty good. And the Cardio X , i feel how the sweat FLOW
No time for yoga today....
i am going to make my photos the day after tommorow , because tommorow i got a tour with my class....
i decided , to eat PROPERLY!And that is minimizing my progress... cant afford that!
hm.. my rating for today... i dont do yoga and THAT means - 6 / 10 !!! kind'a dissapointed!
Edit : UPS i failed  DDDD i forgot about p90x calendar
oh..well that means more p90x  next week will be mine ''recovery week''!!!! total fail... !!!

Day ''32'' - trip with my class
Today no p90x... because i was home pretty late...
ok i played football with my friends , felt the sweat... nothing special but at least i recovered myself!

Day ''33'' - saturday - Kenpo x
Morning - 20 min jogging.. later i went in the nearest forest , and tested my new training techniques... i decided to run every saturday/sunday!!
Afternoon - kenpo x .... beggining was the hardest as always , but i think i did pretty well!!

Day ''34'' - Sunday - X stretch
Morning - Jog + HIIT !!! After HIIT i was tired as hell
later - nearest forest - jog + hill sprint ( read it in the Ross Enamait books )
now is 4pm , i will do x stretch after 1 hour!!!
tommorow i got cross-country run.... wish me luck
PS. Phase 1 COMPLETED!! pics after recovery week

Day 21 to Day 29
well i havent used my pc from a week and i havent done p90x , because i was sick... damn
ok at monday i got Sport day in my school... it was near the beach , pretty cold ya know..
but the good news is - i won second place in cross-countryrun , im proud about myself , ok lost to a guy who is training in hockey for a 8 years ...LOL but there was a gap between us was 6 - 10 sec... thanks to this i want to push harder....
at the thursday i felt sick ... got some viruss inside me..xD , but i was out until sunday..and THAT MEANS........
im restarting recovery week!!!

September 28 - day 21 - yoga x
i did a half of yoga and than i was meditating for a 1 hour... rest day 4 me...
7/ 10 - not bad

September 29 - Day 22 - Core Synergistics
WOW!!! That was tuff..... but i keep up with tony crew. im glad about my work , i drank a lot of water ( 400ml in all workout  ) .... Im going to do some ab-exercises after 10 minutes.. ( maybe abripper X  )

September 30 - Day 23 - Kenpo X
Today i got kickboxing!!! And that was very tuff , because today there was a ''leg'' day... i saw that my leg techniques are weaker then arm techniques , but at the course of time i will improve.... My trainer was MERCILESS today , i trained abs so much.... i was glad that everything was over
but i wont give up , and that increases my mark... now i'll play my guitar do my homework , and maybe then i'll do some exercises and meditation , of course

Kickboxing is a great way to burn calories!
Our sparring class nights in Taekwondo are known as "The Night of 1000 Kicks". That's a thousand kicks per leg. Before we even gear up!!
I've lost 10 pounds of sweat in 90 minutes.
Bring it!!!

Are them spining kicks , low kicks or back kicks ?
Next week i'm going to try Taekwondo , with my friends , can u give me some advises for my first taekwondo workout ?
But i got lack of time , that's why i will train in taekwondo only 1 time per week...

Yes, all the above! 45 degree kicks, roundhouse kicks, back kicks, side kicks, spinning hook kicks, tornado kicks, etc. With the front foot and with the back foot from a fighting stance.
It isn't easy when you don't have an artificial knee, so it's a challenge when you've got one like me.

yeah... but.... i trained leg split only , i need it , because i want to increase high of my kick... as i said my leg techniques are weaker than hand techniques..

At least you dont surrender and keep kicking!But i really think that your trainer is a mad man  How long you are training in TKD? I know that in TKD is pretty hard physical training - my friend told me and i trained in TKD 6 years before ( 1 month  ) , then i was little and dont undertood the meaning of training

October 2 - Day 25 - Core Syn.
I got kickboxing today.... Well today i trained - combinations , leg techniques ( hate it  ) and hand techniques....
My front kick has been improved  congratz me
About combinations - i saw that my right hook is the strongest one , straight punches need to a little technique improvement , but its ok ...
Oh , today i trained with a medicine ball , with my trained ( im the ONLY ONE in the group , because its a new club ) that has pretty hash , trainer was merciless... i was glad that this nightmare end 
After few weeks i will receive kickboxing shorts ( blue ) and pants ( black ) cant wait... foto time!!!
well i think i did pretty well now is 10pm and i think i will do some meditation...
Think that you all must remember :
The stronger you are mentally , then you are physically stronger too!
( maybe i lack a english grammar too  sorry about that , but i think you got the point , what i'm saying )
hm... 8 / 10 - no p90x decreases my mark , but i did pretty well!

Well thanks, but I'm the trainer!
Actually, another instructor and I share the responsibility together. I've been training for 8 years and have earned my 3rd degree black belt.
By the way...your hand techniques will improve faster early on in your training because you use them for more varied things during the day. Your feet and legs will soon catch up, so be patient and enjoy the process!! Soon, a thousand kicks will feel like normal, and you'll always have the benefit of knowing you can do it!

Wow , that cool!!Have you fought in some competitions ?
In my future i will try to become a trainer , but i have to work hard

In my opinion a thousand kicks is kind'a impossible for me , for now... but i will DO MY BEST 
Can u give me some advises to increase my kicking speed ? I think i got enough power but speed....
I my pushing speed is at pretty good level because i'm throwing combinations at full speed and with weights , i suggest this exercise for everyone  ( my 1. combination - jab , cross , left hook , right hook , left uppercut and right knee  )

Don't worry too much about speed at this point...keep working on good form and speed will come in time.
Plyo will definitely help you get faster, though. So be sure to work in Plyo every week you train.

I did Ab-ripper x in my room , than i a little stretch - leg split.... and later i did a little ''pump'' 4 exercises x 3 round ( Bicep , tricep , abs and shoulders ) in each round exercises was different....
ap 10pm i will do meditation , ok today i rest
