Hi , guys , I'm starting my P90X journey/Adventure again. I stopped doing this programm , because i really HAVENT free time - must study for my exams , thaiboxing , voleyball and kung fu...tough
I can lay that i havent lost my form or shape , but 3 weeks , i got ammm time out and lack of motivation..
And now , i'm here to Bring IT again my short and long term goals are :
- Increase my endurance , running speed , i must do it before competition in my school there will be cross-country run im aiming 1st place
- Shape! My top priority is Chest, of course Back and abs , but i cant forget legs . Strong legs will help me easier reach goal No.1
- Increase fighting performance , Martial arts performants sounds better , need imrove my technique and punching , kicking speed and strength
- Get a leg split until the october maybe november , i got no competitions about it , but i dont get it faster

of course i need to stretch more not only stretches what gives me leg split...
- ok , and my last goal in HERE is to FINISH P90x!!! this is the most important goal , because i cannot complete my goal without finishing this

Oh , i figured out why i lost my motivation - i dont got a P90x buddy , and i got too much workouts.. well... i think i'll do some martial arts , maybe muay thai , doo noo yet...
I will make a Classic programm , because ,when i doo previously p90x i ever done cardio + chest & back 4 example...
- I'll change a programm a lil bit , no plateus

Changes ( little example )
1. week :
M : Chest & back + abx
T : Plyo
W : Shoulders & arms + abx
2. week :
M : will be plyo
T: Chest & back
W: yoga
wanna hear your opinion about this
Well.... i thing ill start after 30 min , need to write schedule in my notebook , and then bring it , baby
About p90x buddies , im 16 , i dont care if u are +30 , i dont care from which country you are , if u be my buddy i'll respect nad motivate you
I'll write in here from Day 1 to day 90 , if im far away from home i'll continue p90x later
