Hi , guys , I'm starting my P90X journey/Adventure again. I stopped doing this programm , because i really HAVENT free time - must study for my exams , thaiboxing , voleyball and kung fu...tough
I can lay that i havent lost my form or shape , but 3 weeks , i got ammm time out and lack of motivation..
And now , i'm here to Bring IT again my short and long term goals are :

- Increase my endurance , running speed , i must do it before competition in my school there will be cross-country run im aiming 1st place

- Shape! My top priority is Chest, of course Back and abs , but i cant forget legs . Strong legs will help me easier reach goal No.1

- Increase fighting performance , Martial arts performants sounds better , need imrove my technique and punching , kicking speed and strength

- Get a leg split until the october maybe november , i got no competitions about it , but i dont get it faster of course i need to stretch more not only stretches what gives me leg split...

- ok , and my last goal in HERE is to FINISH P90x!!! this is the most important goal , because i cannot complete my goal without finishing this D

Oh , i figured out why i lost my motivation - i dont got a P90x buddy , and i got too much workouts.. well... i think i'll do some martial arts , maybe muay thai , doo noo yet...

I will make a Classic programm , because ,when i doo previously p90x i ever done cardio + chest & back 4 example...

- I'll change a programm a lil bit , no plateus
Changes ( little example )
1. week :

M : Chest & back + abx
T : Plyo
W : Shoulders & arms + abx

2. week :
M : will be plyo
T: Chest & back
W: yoga

wanna hear your opinion about this

Well.... i thing ill start after 30 min , need to write schedule in my notebook , and then bring it , baby

About p90x buddies , im 16 , i dont care if u are +30 , i dont care from which country you are , if u be my buddy i'll respect nad motivate you

I'll write in here from Day 1 to day 90 , if im far away from home i'll continue p90x later

how is my english ?

Day 1 - Monday - Chest & Back + AbX

I remembered why i HATE mondays
My Chest & back disk messed up , after warm up , i didnt saw tony again
But i think i done it pretty good by myself...of course i can do it better !
I'll be waiting next monday...
how was your first chest & back , was it hard or maybe easy ?

Day 2 - Plyo

Jumpin'jumpin :@ at middle of the workout my legs felt tired ... and i was pretty tired... but i didnt surrender , turned music and fotgot about everything - do you'r best forget the rest

Day 3 - Shoulders & arms + Abx

My fav workout! its pretty easy for me , and it trains muscles which i need! But there is a problem , a got only 6 kg dumbbels ( 6 kilograms = 13.2277357 pounds ) and tyhat decreases my progress.... i dont wanna lean , am doing 10 reps all the time , except '' break the rule '' exercises

after S&A i drank a lil bit of water , and than surf on internet , about 15 min , and then AbX...
I got problems with Fifer Scissors and heals to the heaven ...

what is better - do abx after muscle training or do a little break ? What is your method about this ?

do i need to take a starting pics ? ?

Day 4 - Yoga

ok , i fooled around this day i cant stand yoga, but first 4 weeks i'll do 10 minute trainer yoga , and then p90x yoga

Day - 5 - Legs & Back + Abx

If i wanna be a good runner - i need a strong legs ! At the middle of a workout , i felt kind a sick - my head spinned around , and m stomach hurted , i and dont know why...maybe i ate something badd. Well whatever , but thanks to this i unfinished last two exercises...

i rate myself in day five - 6/10 , im dissapointed my myself , need to push harder!!

Day 8 - Day 14

IOn this week i have done only :
Chest and back
Shoulders and arms
X stretch
Yoga ( im doing 10 minute trainer yoga )

BUT thats not enough.. im redoing this weeek
+ this week i was inactive in forum

My excuse - lack of time... i got dates everyday , personal life.. you understand
i enjoyed football , basketball , running , but p90x is main thing for me

That was sick ! All my face was in the sweat i like that feeling
At the 25 min my legs started to hurt , i make pauses little bit longer but i'm glad about myself
Today i got C&B... NOOO

Damn!!! My chest and back disk messed up.... of course i could do exersices without Tony , but my friends called me play football ( lame excuse)
Im very dissapointed in myself , but i got more than 2 mouths to do p90x programm
I'll download chest and Back... my only way

Day 10 - Yoga X

what was AWESOME!I liked yoga , i dont know why i hated it so much , now i changed my mind!
I was doing push-ups , before and after vinyasa , because i got the right attitude! I set the goal : ''Complete only half of yoga'' and i surpass it!Now will not skip yoga ! My motivation level is very high , today i'm going to the gym , do some boxing,kicking , punching , jump rope , combinations and of course p90x , i have S&A today.
I'll try something new - do p90x in the gym at least there is lot of dumbbells

I'm rating myself at the day 10 - 9,8/10 - > im glad about myself!! Bring it.....

Ps. In here ill write everything what i did in the gym , wanna stay motivated for a long time!!!!

Day 11 - Sholders & arms + gym

This day was HARD! I done S&A in the gym , increased weight of a dumbbells and trained without Tony. I'll write that i did in this day ( im glad about myself ) :

1.) Trained my abs - 20 min

2.) Trained leg-split - 1 hour ( AUCH )

3.) Shoulders and Arms

4. Jump rope - 20 min

5.) Boxing - 10 - 20 min

After the gym i must ride with my parents to the countryside :@ :@
damn...

I'm rating myself at the day 11 - 9,9/10 - > no coments , need push harder

Day 12 - Countryside - Saturday

Ah... no p90x now..I'll skip this day , but see what i done in this day :

1.) Repeated Staff and Knife techniques

2.) Shadowboxing

3.) Tried to improve handstand

4.) Done '' Sledgehammer'' training - > I took the sledgehammer and hit the rocks 100x then trained abs , repeated it 5 times ( i read about this method in Ross Enamait Books - > his web http://rossboxing.com/ )

And thats all folks

My opinion - 7 / 10... pretty low

Ok i took this day off.. at last im in the home!!!! I have been planned that i will do tomorrow.... school starts after 2 days ......

Day 13 - Monday - Chest and Back + Abx + gym

This day was MERCILESS!!At the beggining everything was ok , but after i was in the middle of a C&B , i felt kind a sicK! Maybe i drank to much water... but that wont stopped me i continued to push-and-pull
I reached 52 pushups ( 1 round ) and in seconds round i could do 42 pushups... yeeeeeyyy!!!
I skipped Back flys... i hate this exercises
Before C&B i did some leg-split stretch , and after C&B , jump robe - 15 min + shadowboxing...at evening - AbX

9 / 10 , not bad

Day 16 - Wednesday - Shoulders and Arms + Abx

I feel that everyweek i become stronger and better ! Shoulders and Arms was a excelent workout , in first round i reached 51 chair dips and 37 in second round. ( im increasing numbers of reps everyweek by one or two , expecially in C&B )
Im glad about my ab work today - I finished Abripper with MAXIMUM reps.. done everything perfectly - like Tony screw ...even fifer scissors!!I cant wait until i start P90x + !!! Need to be strong!

im not big anime fan , but i love this theme....
Tomorrow i got yoga , im confident and calm , cant wait tommorow!!!
