November 3 - Day 58 - Gym - Monday

Today i did 3 circles of ...

30 pushups
15 Dumbbell ''hits'' ( its like you are hitting with two arms )
1 min of wall squats
18 pike press
10 Y-press
15 Side - tri - rise
25 Fifer Scissors
1 min Horse stance ( from kung fu ) ( ah.... my legs )
10 Lying dow tric. ext
25 Oblique V ups
20 Squats
Skipping robe - 3 min

after circles i drink a little bit of water... i think i was very noticeable when doing this...
Then i went home i created my vitamin drink.... mm tasty ....

7 / 10 - i skipped plyo but thats ok

November 4 - Day 59 - Kickboxing + Ab-ripper - Wednesday

Today was my kickboxing workout....Learn new combos i think everything was great , at evening i did Ab-ripper-X... 25 reps 4 me...

Later - 30 min leg split...

thank god this day ended....

Because my dvd is broken i cant play Yoga x... That's why i did Warrior moves and some meditation....

November 6 - Day 61 - Kickboxing + Ab-ripper X - Friday

At kickboxing i got a wrist injury.... Because i wanted to hit a heavy bag with all my power and i forgot to wear a hand wraps... but i least my ego increased
At evening - AbripperX

am... 6 / 10

Ps. i forgot to take a photos...i will do this then i got some free time

November 7 - Day 62 - Home Training - Saturday

Thanks to my injury i cant do pull ups and push-ups ( only my right arm got injury....mmm... right hook )

i did some animal walk :

Bear Crawl - 3 min
Crab walk - 3min ( that was very painful to my right arm.... )
Cricket Walk - 4 m
Kangaroo hop - 2 m 30 sek
Duck Walk - 3 min 30 sek
Frog Jump - 2 min ; 45 sek
Monkey walk - 2 min;30 sek
Seal Crawl- 4 min ; 45 sek

later - legs

25 squats
25 Calf raise
12 Depth jumps
30 sek rest
25 squats
25 Calf raise
12 Jumps
30 sek rest

i did 3 sets of it....

i take this workouts from Ross Enamait books

At least i did something on saturday....
I really need to eat right , because i got some fat....

I got the ''One on One with Tony Horton Vol.1'' has some1 done it ? Advices plz...

As you remember i got wrist injury , but it wasnt so bad....

I repeated kickboxing technique and did a :

Great Body Guaranteed - Great Stretch

10 minute trainer - Yoga flex....

i will do these 2 routines oftenly

November 9 - Day 64 - Chest and Legs+ Ab-x - Monday

15:00 : i was in my old gym near my school , did a whole Ab-ripper X ...

I tested myself in pec deck fly exercises i lifted 40 kilograms 3x10 easily....p90x power and did some pushups

I dont wanted to harm my wrist because of pull-ups , thats why i changed the routine , this time there will be no notebook pic , because i cant find my camera

Stardark pushups - 55 ; 44
Squats ( maximum 30 ) - 30 ; 30
Military push-ups - 36 ; 28
Calf raise ( max 30 ) - 30 ; 30

Wide fly push. - 46 ; 40
Depth jumps ( max 15 ) - 15 ; 15
Decline push. - 25 ; 25
Jumps (similar like a jump knee tuck in plyo , max 20 ) -20 ; 20

----

Diamont push. - 20 ( on knees :@@@ , coudnt do in a full ranged motion because of my wrist :@ ); 20
Squats ( max 30 ) - 30 ; 30
Divebomb. - 16; 10
Calf raise ( max 30 ) - 30 ; 30

November 13 - Day 68 - Kickboxing + Ab-ripper X - Friday

Kickboxing was awesome!! I did everything perfectly , yeeey!!
Ok , trainer showed me some combination and hited my leg wit ha low-kick damn.. it still hurts... i need to get my revenge
After kickboxing i stayed in the class/gym and repeated technique , do some ab exercises , meditation....( 1 ,5 h )
At evening - Ab-ripper X

9,5 / 10 - if all days would be like this... but i decided to stay everytime after kickboxing...

In this day i repeated my kickboxing technique , did some little routines :

- Great body guaranteed - Abs

- Great. b. g. - Stretch

- 10 minute trainer - yoga

also 50 min leg-split training!!

November 16 - Day 71 - Kickboxing + Abx - Monday

Before my kickboxing i did a Ab-x ( perfect as always , i am not cocky :@ )
I trained kickboxing alone , because i like to train by myself , and i did a LOT!
I will not write all exercises and routines, because i dont want to talk big about myself , let it better be my business...

maybe soon i will leave this forum.... will see about that

Repeated my technique :
Hands
Legs
Punches in speed with dumbbels
shadowboxing
Blocks

-

Trained my core - 5 circles , that was great ( no exercises named )

Then i did a new training system called - Kinesthetic Awakeness , i read about it in ross enamait book , that was awesome (mm)

Trained my conditioning , based on burpees and other exercises...

+ Medicine ball ab training - 9 sets total , 30 reps

10 / 10 - for the hard work!!!
