day36:Chest shoul&Tri 10 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Pretty decent workout, getting more comfortable with this. Matched reps of Tony and Kids in most exercises. Had to go on knees most of last weeks workout, today did it regular.Slight increase(2.5 lb etc) of weights to get 10-15 reps. Planning to ARX in the evening.

Day 37 plyometrics 10 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Yesterday after the CST workout I had felt quite wasted later in the day and did ARX in the evening in many pieces.
Today was plyometrics and did it pretty much at their pace, except at the end when phone calls began interrupt my workout. Anyway completed it with additional breaks and felt buckets of sweat pouring out.
looking forward to tomorrows workout of back and biceps.

Day39&40 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Skipped Yoga X on day 39. Got too busy and before I knew it the day was over. Almost ended up skipping Legs&back but with will power finished it from 10pm-12am.
Have to do Kenpo early tomorrow so that I dont have to do it late in the night. Week 6 has shown tremendous results and cant wait to compare to day 2 pics.

yes, Don't be too eager to see results as we are our worst enemies when doing comparison. Just keep Pushing for more. Try hard on every set and Lift big on every set.

Day42: pic time, swapped kenpo for xstrech 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
This week in general has been fairly busy and I have come close to missing 3 days of p90X. yogax, L&B,Kenpo.Thankfully dig legs and back close to midnight that day(day 39). I will swap xstretch for kenpoX then may be if there is time do the stretch at night.

Anyways took some pics to motivate myself. In all feel pretty happy with the progress so far, I feel quite energized and pics show more toning of the body and may be a few lbs of fat loss.
Anyways got to get started with Kenpo.

Great save on day 42 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Just finished Kenpo.I was feeling bad on missing yogaX on day 39. When I missed Kenpo yesterday as well felt I may be getting off the wagon, swapped Xstretch and KenpoX and really brought it.
About 20-25 mins into Kenpo hadnt still broken into a full sweat.Felt a little disappointed that may be I had out grown KenpoX and may be have to begin searching for some other workout. Then The leg section started, knee kicks, ball kicks, side kicks, back kicks, horse stances... Thats when I really began feeling it and started sweating buckets. At the end felt like I had a pretty good workout. If I have time in the night will squeeze in xstretch as well so that I would have finished most of week 6 decently.
Starting Week 7 tomorrow. Last week in the Chest shoulder triceps workout I had felt wiped out at the end and this feeling continued through the day. Waiting to see how I will feel tomorrow.
I posted pics as well in the post above. So far I am pretty happy with the progress. The love handles seem to be close to gone. Tummy feels tighter and looks slightly tighter. Still Abs are not yet revealed unless I suck my stomach in . This is only the half way point I can only imagine how I will be at the 90 day point .

181lb 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Groggily I stumbled into the bathroom and stood on the scale. 181 lb it said. 181 lb!! wow this looked too hard to believe. May be the zero position was off. I checked that and it was dead on zero. Retook the weight and 181 lb it said again. So today at day 43 I officially have lost 13 lbs(194 lb------>181lb).

Day 43: Chest shoulder and triceps 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Good work out today. I have realized that similar to last weeks experience the chest shoulder tricep workout really drains me of energy and I really feel quite wasted at the end of it. Today had 1 banana before the workout which got me pepped up for the first 20 mins. mixed in the 11 exercises of Ab ripper X so that I wouldnt have to do extra 15 mins at end. This strategy has been working well for me. Plyo tomorrow. have to try doing it early.

Day44: Plyometrics 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
The diet post I posted above has worked well for me today. No cravings or anything and pretty full. I had enough energy for the plyo workout and did sweat buckets. Knees and shins hurt slightly but I guess will recover by 2 day after for legs and back.

day45,46,47:B&B,yogaX,L&B 10 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
Finished day 47 today.Legs and back was pretty easy I am on 22.5lb on some exercises where tony is using 20lb . But I guess 20lb doesnt do it for me anymore .
Finished Ab ripper X first and was able to do oblique V ups with good form correctly for the first time.I am putting my hands up for in and outs now. I tried doing so for bicycles but have balance issues.
Nothing special about days 45 and 46, Hence didnt sign in and post.
(except I was able to do only the moving asanas on the yoga day as I had to drop my friend to the airport and then got busy)
In general I feel the rapid body changes I saw in weeks 5 and 6 have not been as significant in week7. I am waiting for monday to do a pic comparison. Hopefully once I finish the recovery week and get to phase 3 I may see one more burst of progress. fingers crossed

End of week7: 10 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
Completed Week 7 today. Swapped rest for KenpoX as I wasnt able to do it yesterday. I also recovered most of the 43 minutes of skipped yoga after my KenpoX. I will compare pics tomorrow to check if week 5,6,7 shows any differences. I have not done X stretch in week 6. I will try to squeeze it in tonight just for the sake of completion.(But I have been doing many of the moves anyway to get rid of aches and pains after workouts).
Tomorrow onwards recovery begins and I thing I need it as my muscles are currently feeling phase II.(so is lower back from the past 2 days, I may have overextended during legs and back or other back workouts).
Feeling very energized in general. From a belly perspective to get rid of most of the fat I am now wondering if one more phase is going to be enough. Even if it isnt I will begin round II as I have seen the potential of p90X from these past 7 weeks.

Day 51: recovery week core syn 10 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
I am in day 51 which is the second recovery week day in phase II. Just finished core synergistics which was an awesome workout. Since 2 days my left ankle had began paining and potentially all this exercise had strained by ankle(which had gotten injured a year ago). Because of this I skipped yoga yesterday thinking I will give the ankle some rest. Did not see any major improvement today and I did not want to skip a major workout like core synergistics. So just pushed through. I guess will ice and give it hot cold treatment as tomorrow is kenpo and lot of pivoting action to be done.
I compared pics yesterday and do not see any major changes between week 6 and 7 so I did not post the pics. I think another jump will come when I get to phase III. Current weight is stable at ~ 181 lb.

day53: swapped xtstretch for kenpo 10 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
I was supposed to do Kenpo on day 52 and xstretch today on day 53. However I wanted to give the ankle one more day of rest and so swapped yesterday's kenpo and today's xtretch(rest). Kenpo was good and felt a lot more by swapping many slow moves with faster versions. At the end of the hour was drenched and felt just great.
3 more days(core syn and yogaX and xstretch before phase III begins),
I am really excited for phase 3 and want to continue to see the improvements similar to phaseII.

day54:core synergistics, tshirt and pant shopping 10 Months ago Karma: 0
Phase II is close to getting over.Had a blast doing the core synergistics workout today. Tony is right when he says this brings everything together. I am going cloth shopping as well today for the first time since I began this program 2 months ago. Will definitely complete yoga tomorrow as I already skipped one this week.

Clothes shopping 10 Months ago Karma: 0
I know this post will sound not very "guy"like but I couldnt help gushing about fitting comfortably in a size 32 young mens size jeans. If 2 months ago some one had told me I would fit into a size 32 jeans I wouldnt have believed it.When I started this program I was a size 35 and there were very few brands which made this irregular size. An advantage of fitting into a young mens size is the potential cost advantages as some of these clothes are cheaper. Bought a medium size t shirt as well as most of t shirts are too loose now. Will wait for phase III end to do more shopping.

Day 56: Xtstretch and pic comparison day 10 Months ago Karma: 0
Played tennis for 1 hr instead of yoga yesterday. Today plan to do X stretch sometime. This day completes phase II and I took some time to analyze my progress in phase II and since beginning this journey. In phase II I have skipped 3 yoga sessions and 3 Xstretch sessions otherwise I have completed all the workouts.
Diet wise in both phase I and II I have varied from around 1500 to 2400 cals. My composition has always been high card as it is not possible for me to cook Indian food and be high protien constantly. (Rice/wheat are staples and I dont think If I change that it will be sustainable). I calculated the percentage one day and it may be 66% carb 25% protien and 9% fat.
One thing I observe is the change between week 7 and week8(recovery week). The recovery week also is showing noticeable changes.
I am looking forward to phase III and the changes it can bring.
