Hello everyone,

Today is day # 2.

So far I'm still sore from yesterday's workout. I didn't get up early to complete Plyo X this morning before work but will do it tonight! I'm really liking it, especially because its such a nice change from gym routines.

I don't mind the challenge of the workout but having enough time to cook all those meals is my main concern right now. My roommate and I have been cooking the meals together and find that its very tedious and time consuming but they're actually pretty tasty.

Does anyone have tips on minimizing the time spent in the kitchen? I figured since its our first week its normal to feel overwhelmed and in a week we should have a better developed system of cooking and planning meals.

Bring on the soreness!!

Its day #3 and I can't help but feel silly for posting in the early stages of this program. I did the Plyo last night and found it to be an awesome challenge namely the killer knee tucks that will require a little more practice to perfect. This morning's shoulder routine went smoothly but the ab portion is still hard to keep up with, for me, and the part that I'm very anxious to master, of course. After three days-even after one, my body is officially weary.

Waking up at 5 am today was interesting...I had to balance working out, shower, making food and getting to work on time at 8...needless to say my breakfast was tupperwared and consumed right when I got to work. Now I'm super tired and contemplating a nap during the lunch hour...fantasizing about sleep is the worst. I'll have to go to sleep earlier tonight =).

Looks like the P90X gods were on my side today, email system went down and we got a 2 hour lunch-perfect for a midday nap!

=)

Day # 7...

Feeling good about completing the first week. I totally enjoyed Kenpo last night and can't wait for the stretch later.

Theres not much else to say. I'm going into week two feeling motivated and excited!
