Day 5: Legs and Back

I am starting to finally get my legs back under me after the plyometrics day. Although the plyo's day was a great workout it exposed muscles I hadn't used in quite some time. I wasn't able to do the yoga workout for Day 4 so stretching was minimal. Needless to say I was dreading the leg workout because of the sore muscles.

I decided to not use weights for the workout due to the back troubles I have had in the past. It was great...I even used many of the excersises to put the basketball team I coach through. They were breathing heavily and complaining how hard it was which is music to my ears!

I am anxious to do Kenpo X today to loosen up some of the sore muscles I still have (much better though).

I don't think I've ever written my goals...My body fat % is around 15 and I would like to get it down below 8 and tone up. As someone who played major college basketball I think these workouts are some of the best I've ever gone through...they push me to my limits!

Bring it!

Day 6: Kenpo

I enjoyed Kenpo day! I worked up a good sweat and felt like I learned some self defense moves as well. My body was still a little sore from Legs and back day but It helped to get the lactic acid out of my body and recouperate.
