Got Yoga tonight and am really looking forward to it. I might go ahead and knock out legs and back after because I am heading to Mrytle Beach for vacation in the morning, already packed my bands. I will be bringing a DVD player and my vids for sure. I will get settled in and resume my routine on Sunday, before sitting on the beach for hours sipping on my recouvery drink and then other things. Not sure if I will be able to get on a computer there so don't write me off if you do't hear from me for the next week. Good luck everyone and keep pushing yourselves.

Peace Out

just don't forget all the necessities required to connect your player to the Tv in case they don't have a dvd player in the hotel you're will be lounging from (that is if you're staying in one).
I think it's becoming a trend they seem to have dvd players in hotel rooms now

Alright everyone I am back for now. I got back in town on Sunday and wanted to share with everyone that I had a great time. I did work out while on vacation but not like I wanted to. My fam noticed the difference in my body and all asked what I was doing to get in the shape I was in. I told them that I just got off my a$$ and starting "bringing it". I got a couple of rounds of golf in and this program helped my driving but my short game suffered, alright it has always been bad. I did shot a high 80s on one course and then we played a much harder course and shot a 105.

I have been doing this P90X for about 45 days and can't seem to get out of Phase 1. Just never seem to get a whole week in and when I do something comes along that makes me want to not start a new phase. With that being said I have decided to start agin in Phase 2. Everyone might not think this is a good idea but I am deployiny at the end of this month and will not be able to do the routines on a regular bases so I really need to learn as much of the lifting as possible so I can do it (modified verison) while I am gone. I can really see a difference in my arms, back, and legs. I plan on taking pics here in the next couple of days so I can compare to day 1 and then to when I return.

Any comments or thoughts about this whould be great since I don't want to stop but have to do my job still and know that I won't have a gym area for the cardio and can't do it in my room since I will have three roommates in a 15*15 room with bunkbeds?

Oh yea, missed all of you guys and sounds like you are still going stong, and welcome to all the newbies here.

Welcome back Mr C.

45 days in Phase 1 I think you should start Phase 2 also. the probability that you might go for round 2 upon completion are there since you got yourself a personal trainer on hand for as long as you don't damage the DVDs.
you don't need a gym to do cardio you just need an mp3/vide player e.g. Zune or Ipod or others and a 8'X6' to do Kenpo and Plyo that's more than cardio.

I know nothing about computers so I wouldn't have a clue on how to put the DVDs on my IPOD. Is it really easy or do I need some kind of crazy program?

if you have an Ipod video
what you'll need is a DVD converter, I use ImToo DVD to ipod converter. This software allows you to convert your dvds to different formats, you can then use any video/mp3 player to play your DVD. I have both a zune and an Ipod.

I can walk you through it, if you need help.

one thing to remember is that when you convert you DVDs you lose the option to mute Tony so you'll only get one audio version.
