Thanks for stoppin in Medik. I know some days I don't have enough time either to get my double in...I try...been busy so need to add a few entries

DAY 11: DOUBLES Legs/BACK
Legs and back went well. Still doing my extra leg stuff that is mentioned in an early post. Tried a different ab dvd just to change it up and liked it. Ran on my treadmill in the PM for my double.

DAY 12: DOUBLES Kempo and ADDED on arm dvd from phase 1
I actually did the arm dvd in the AM and sadly only half of Kempo due to time. I thought I would have enough time to do the whole thing, but friends are coming over and had to get stuff ready. I hate cutting things short.

Eating going pretty well. Weekends are the hardest for me. Allow myself to have pizza, but it's thin crust, no cheese, and veggie toppings. So still trying to stay on the healthy side. Don't want to ruin all my hard work with crappy eating! Or at least I'm trying not too!

DAY 13: DOUBLES BACK/BI DVD
Today I usually do c/s/t but changed up the order this week b/c I go on a v/c for a few days on Sat and won't be able to get it all in. But I will be doing cardio on vacation!

Back/Bi went well. Had a crazy day and was unable to do a full double However, did jog after the dvd. Had to skip abs ! Stupid work...gets in the way of my fitness! Eating went well.

Ha ha ha...that is true Les! That is true!

Again been CRAZY busy especially since I am about to go away. I have been working out...just didn' post...so lets back it up..shall we...

Day 14 PHASE 2: PLYO
I still heart u, Plyo! I love this work out. Killed it. Did some cardio at the gym later that night and rode my bike there cuz the weather has been pretty nice in Cali.

Day 15: C/S/T ab DOUBLES

Again, things are a lil out of order this week b/c I leave on Sat. So c/s/t were today. Man these push ups are CRAZY! Still struggle with some, but still pushin it and more importantly pushin play! Abs went well. Will be going to the gym to jog in a lil bit. Eating good.
