Day 2- Core Synergistics
I really enjoyed this workout. The variety in moves and the pace of it really kept it interesting. Most of the exercies were challenging and fun at the same time, which is always nice. I'm excited to do this workout later again this week.

Day 3- Kenpo
I got a good workout in today. I felt I pushed myself pretty hard, and I was really sweating towards the end of the workout. X Stretch tomorrow. Shouldn't be too tough.

Day 4- X Stretch
This was the first time I've actually done this workout, and it was pretty easy as expected. I definitely feel good and loose after doing it though.

Day 4- Core Synergistics
I really enjoy this workout. It is definitely my favorite out of the workouts I've done thus far. It is challenging but I enjoy the pace and almost all of the exercises. My diet has been pretty solid so far this week again, but tomorrow might be a little challenging since I will be on the road again.

Day 5 and 6-
I didn't get a workout in on Saturday because I was out of town again. Unfortunately my eating suffered Saturday too because I was at a relatives and there was really no healthy food choices available. I figured it was better to eat than to not eat at all. I got my diet back on track today and I'm ready to get rolling with Phase 2 tomorrow!!!

Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps
A tough workout, but I liked and I felt like I got a good workout in. I think I had my best ab ripper workout I've had so far rep-wise.

Day 2- Plyometrics
Plyo was difficult as usual, but I felt I pushed myself hard. I was sweating a ton by the end of the workout. I still can't quite keep up with Tony and the guys, but I'm getting there.

Day 3- Back and Biceps
This workout pushed me to my limits. On the first exercise (wide front pullups) I managed 7 regular pullups and 4 assisted pullups. On the last exercise which was the same, I couldn't do an unassisted pullup by myself! I think I did well on the ab ripper again. I completed all the reps of the mason twists!

Day 5
I skipped Day 4, which would have been yoga. I was out of town, and I didn't really have the time or place to do the workout. My eating was actually pretty good though despite the holiday. I didn't reach all the correct portions for Phase 2, but I still ate pretty healthy besides some desert salad that I had. Other than that I had some turkey, chicken, cheese, fruits, and veggies.
I got back on track with my workouts today with legs and abs. I was a little tired today so I didn't improve much on some of my reps, but I did my best. My ab ripper was weak to start out with, but I finished strong and once again completed all the reps on the mason twists.

I have a question for everybody too: Do you think it would be okay if I switched Cardio X for Kenpo X tomorrow?
Kenpo just gets a little boring sometimes and I don't think it's really that tough of a workout even. I could also focus on pushing myself harder in Kenpo to make it tougher too though.
I appreciate any input.

I sub Kenpo out for interval x. Think pauplyp did too, its a awesome cardio workout, only about 40m long too.

I sub Cardio X for Kenpo for the same reason. On occasion I do Kenpo but it is boring. I also sub One on One w/ Tony Horton Fountain Of Youth Yoga for Yoga X. It is only 45 minutes long and gets straight to the point.

Thanks for the advice guys. I will probably do Cardio X tomorrow then. I may do Kenpo once in a while still, but it'll be nice to mix it up.
Where did you get the Fountain of Youth Yoga? I will probably just google it. I don't mind yoga, but sometimes it is hard to fit in my schedule because it's so long.

Not a bad workout, definitely better than Kenpo in my opinion. I got a pretty good sweat and a good workout in today. My eating has been pretty good this weekend too.
