This is a few days late, but I figured I might as well start one of this. I just completed Day 1 of Week 2.
These were my fit tests results:
8 pullups
31 pushups
1:30 wall squat
15 In-and-out abs
+3" reach
13-14% body fat
5'10" 170 lbs

Here is what I have thought of the workouts so far:
Day 1- Chest and Back
I really enjoyed this workout, although I feel I have plenty of room for improvement. My second round was kind of weak, and my pullups weren't so great. Need improvement there also.
Day 2- Plyometrics
Very tough and challenging workout! I couldn't keep up with Tony, but I did my best. This one really got me sweating.
Day 3- Shoulders & Arms
Fun and challenging workout! Who doesn't like working their guns? Once again I was a little weak on the second round, however.
Day 4- Yoga X
Yoga was really challenging for me, and I was surprised by the length of it. It was difficult to stay focused for an hour and a half, but once again I did my best. I haven't done anything like this before, and it should really benefit me.
Day 5- Legs and Back
Another tough workout, and it left my legs sore. I couldn't quite keep up with Tony and the guys, but I didn't think I did too bad.
Day 6- Kenpo X
I was pretty sick and unable to do this workout unfortunately. Looking forward to it next week.

Week 2
Day 1- Chest and Back
Still feelling a little sick, but well enough to workout. I still showed minor improvements even with being sick. I actually feel much better after working out even! My sinuses and throat really seem to have cleared up. Should be 100% tomorrow.
The diet part of the P90X has been going pretty well for me too. I have followed it pretty closely so far (Right now the Fat Shredder III). I may only do the Fat Shredder for another week or two though. I may not do it the whole month. I will see where my energy level is at by the end of this week.

I felt pretty good by the time of my workout today. I am still working on the form for some of the lifts, but I did make some minor gains on a few of them. I think I'm doing a better job in the Ab Ripper X too, but I still have a long, long, way to go!

Keep it up! You started off in decent shape, and with your starting fitness level, you're the type of person that will get VERY good results if you finish the program! Good luck!

Day 4- Yoga X
Today was my second shot at Yoga X, and I think it went well. I was able to do most of the moves this week, and the session seemed to go by much faster. It was much more enjoyable than last week's session.
I didn't follow my diet plan today, although I wasn't eating unhealthy foods. I just didn't follow my portion plan correctly. Need to get back at it tomorrow.

Day 5- Legs and Back
My legs were a little sore today at the start of the workout, but I was able to pull through and still get a decent workout in. I saw some minor improvements on my pullups as well, and I'm back on track with the diet plan.

Day 6- Kenpo X
I think Kenpo is one of the easier workouts I've done so far. Either Kenpo or the Shoulder and Arms day is the easiest in my opinion. Still a good workout and a good sweat though!

Week 3

I was disappointed with myself today. I really failed to "Bring it". Not really much improvement from last week, and I just felt kind of tired and weak. My Ab Ripper X was disgraceful. I need to bounce back tomorrow and pick up the intensity.

Day 2- Plyometrics
Today was a much better day. Plyo was tough as usual, but this was the best I have kept up in it so far. Overall I was pleased with my workout. Looking forward to Shoulders and Arms tomorrow, which is one of the easier workouts in my opinion.

It's going pretty well so far. I have been a little off the nutrition plan on a few of the days, but I've still been eating very clean. I already ate pretty healthy before, and it has been easy for me to follow so sar.

Saw some minor gains in my workout, and I think I had my best Ab Ripper X so far. I'm pretty sure I did the most total reps I've ever done on it. All in all, it was a good day.

Day 4- Yoga
Yoga is hard for me to get into for the first few minutes, but after that it actually goes quickly even though it's the longest workout. I did alright, and I was able to match most of the poses. I couldn't quite hold them as well as Tony and the guys, but I'm getting there. I really enjoy the balance poses and the cooldown.

Another decent workout and not bad on the Ab Ripper X either. I'm figuring out ways to help myself improve during the Ab Ripper. My gains in the Legs and Back workout were small, but I did my best.

Day 6-Nothing
My family and I went out of town to watch a college football game. The day was a disgrace to my P90X workout and nutrition plans, but it was a fun time with my family. I tried to eat healthy, but still had some unhealthy food at the game and throughout the day. I'm ready to get back at it Monday though, and I will probably do X Stretch tomorrow. Week 4 coming up!

Day 7- Kenpo X
I decided to do Kenpo today since I didn't do it yesterday. I feel it went pretty well, and I think Kenpo is probably the easiest of the workouts I've done thus far. Still a great workout, but not quite as tough as some of the others. I got back on track with my nutrition plan today too.
Start of Week 4 tomorrow already!

Yoga went by pretty quickly again today. I enjoyed the balance poses again, but I think the first half of the workout is a little too repetitive for my liking. Either way it was a good workout I think.
