Did you and hubby sign up for the MUD RUN yet? Myself and one other guy did and the other two should be signed up today. Once all 4 are signed up, we get a starting time and I talked to the lady yesterday and they are already up to around 11am. They are expecting 1800 teams! HOLY SMOKES! Are you all signed up? Are you on seperate teams? Team names? Our team name is GET SOME! The pic with your hubby's abs rock, how much of the cold thing was he following then? What kind of ab workout? How is he with ab ripper x?

We had 2 people drop out of the 7 and might lose another one soon. I have 1 or 2 guys ready to jump in but 7 is kinda tight in the 2 car garage at 5 am. I have been doing doubles a few times a week with either cardio x and sprints at night or starter training for crossfit. I have an meeting up with my buddy around noon today, he's a trainer for crossfit, to go over some basics, but I am not getting to involved with that until after P90X. I can't hang with both.

Yes, we are all signed up. We all signed up last month. We aren't on the same team. My hubby is on the team "Stars and Cars". And My team is "EM YOU DEE" We haven't received a confirmation on what time we will be running.

He did all the cold stuff. Cold showers, sleeping cold, drinking ice cold water. He followed to book to a "T" There is much more to the program: super hydrating and very low calorie intake. The program isn't really all ab excersises. You worked out everything to loose fat everywhere. 3X a week. 4-7 reps if you can do more you go up in weight. Super slow reps . 10 secs up 5 sec down. It was a six week program.

I thought about doing cardiox 3X a week. I figured I would start that after I finish this 2 week real estate course. I have been wondering what I should be doing to get ready dor this Mud Run.

I Brought It! My legs were on FIRE! LOL I up'ed the reps on pull ups. I was going to try some cardio x a little later. Not sure if my legs will make it. We will see.

Giving today an A++++++ I really enjoy working out with my hubby. We measured our body fat with calipers tonight. 19.5% I have a lot of work to do.

Keep up the good work.

2 weeks time and you'll be starting the 2nd phase.

What is your goal re body fat? Or more a case of when you feel content, that will be the body fat percentage you was striving for?

I am wanting 12-15% body fat or at least look like Dreah on legs and back or the German girl on Chest and Back.

I felt wonderful afterwards. I would recommened everyone to do this one on your off day. I have school for the next 2 weeks so I will probably not post as much until its over. Keep Pressing PLAY!

I'm a red blooded male ... but I was so out of steam doing the workouts that I didn't get to check out the P90x ladies, let alone what nationality they were!!

I will have a look at the chest and back lady today.

Yoga X

Did Yoga at 5 am this morning. I have been working out every morning at 5am. No one should be alound to be awake at that time. I enjoyed yoga today. My weakness is the moon move. My legs got so tired. And the plow (sp?) one. I will get them eventually.

Yesterday I brought it! Arms and shoulders. Went up on all my weight. Stayed at 16 or more reps for just about all.

My diet has been doing pretty good. I have been under 1300 calories every day.

5am huh?! LOVE IT!! We meet in my garage every weekday morning at 5am to do this and 8am on Sat, and everyone does their own on Sun. 3 weeks down, feels great doesn't it? We cheated bad on the diet tonight, it was my boys 14th birthday and he graduated 8th grade, so we went out for chinese and had cake. That sweet tea tasted SOOOOOOO good!! I have been rocking doubles 3-4 days a week. I was doing the cardio x and some sprints but a friend turned me onto crossfit, so now I do that a couple days a week in the afternoons. I don't usually do what their WOD is, I pick a couple things I can do with what I have and go for it. Check out the site crossfit.com and look at the exercises and demos, its WIDE OPEN!! SICK results from both! Can't wait to see what 90 days looks like. Did you and the hubby find out about starting times for the Mud Run yet? I'll call down sometime next week to see if they have us down yet. GET SOME!

Week 5
Back and Biceps
Cadio X

Still lov'in P90X! School is over so this week has been a breeze. Recovery week wasn't a piece of cake. Core Synergistics was AWESOME. My core got a really good workout. I made sure I kept everything really tight through all the movements. My hubby thought it was easy and wasn't sore the next day. He didn't keep his bum and belly tight like Tony said to though. The next time he did and felt it.

I hope to get our measurement and pictures tonight or tomorrow. I can't wait to see if there are any changes going on.

Monday was Chest, Shoulders & Triceps. I haven't been getting as sore as the first week but boy do I feel pretty sore.

Today was Back & Biceps and right after I did Cardio X. Oh it felt so good.

I had lost 2 pounds in I think the second week. I have gained that back. So no change in the weight. I hope my measurements show some change. I figure I am not burning enough calories so doing cardio might help. I am still eating healthy. Between 1300-1500 cals a day. I am not feeling much of a change in my pants either. My husband tries to make me feel better by saying I am building a butt.

Today was AWESOME! We mowed the yard, took the kids to the pool (I am red as a lobster now), ran 2 miles, and did some yoga. Oh and we took pictures. I don't see as much change in my pictures as I do my husbands. Just gives my more reason to work harder. Still bringing it!

Day 33
Legs and Back
Did really good today. My legs were sort of sore from running yesterday. Oh, I took my shoes off for ab ripper today. I will be taking them off from now on. I am already feeling sore from todays workout.
My diet is still good to go. I have added Kashi cereal to my diet since I get another carb. Yummy!
I have now been on the P90X multi vitamins for 30 days. I would recommend these. My skin feels so much softer and my hair and nails are growing faster. I have notice that I have more energy. They are also a lot easier for me to take. I sort of get choked on the smell of other vitamins, these do not smell. They are about the same price as the Multi packs at GNC. I couldn't find any vitamins that compared to the P90X vitamins either.

Still doing good......I did have a piece of white bread today. Shame on me..... My arms hurt from yesterdays work out. We have been working out at night. I have been sleeping better since we have been doing this. Keep Pushing Play!

So where you at?! Did you make it to 90? Hope so, check out pics on prof when you get a chance. My wife Michelle, my Marine buddy, and I completed the program, we had one other guy do about half of it each week, so we figure out of 7 starting the program in the garage, 3.5 finished. What time is you and your husbands Mud Run time? We go at 11:02.?? LATER

My wife and I are still sticking to it. Day 84 I think. Great to see some others still sticking with it
