Alright the Journey begins....NOW! 7 Months ago Karma: 0
Phase 1

Day 1.
Chest and Back/ Ab Ripper!

Ok for Chest and Back I was definitely worn down, I used the chair to help with pull-ups and felt a burn, diamonds- got to work on more lol
As far as weight i did 10-11, depending on the exercise, and really felt the burn and It felt...GREAT! Ab-Ripper, WOO! Man the mason twists! Did pretty well i think i completed 1/2 or more of all the ab rippers except the Mason Twist, gotta pace myself better the next time.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied, I really brought it towards closing and WOO did it help.

Well Tomorrow is another day since it's of coarse...PLYOMETRICS!!!
Thats right the Beast of the Series!

And to my new Workout Partners...Great to have yall! I Intend on seeing yall there at the end of the Journey!

as far as the Ab Ripper goes it sounds like you did better that most.

as far the pacing it's kind of hard for me because I go in all crazy, and quickly get humbled, so you'll learn.

Day 3
Arms and shoulders

I did pretty decent, really had to Bring It when I was getting tired towards the end. I gotta say, I liked it lol.

Ab Ripper- Did it, prolly got at least 10 reps for each ab ripping activity! Woo feel the BURN!

Day 4
Yoga

What can I say, It was a learning experience. I had some problems keeping up so I paused it a couple times to try and keep form and not get to far behind. The Upward Dog kept throwing me off my footing, I'd either move back each time I brought my foot back from doing the runners pose, but was still able to make the most of it, and WOW the Crane, for this I just kept switching each foot simultaneously every 10-15 secs. But overall think I did pretty well.

Day 5
Back and Legs

Had a good time Bringing It On this work-out! But i don't think I did well on the lunges, maybe off some, but wasn't sure if I was to high.
An MAN The Wall Squats and 1 Legged Wall Squats, WOOO! Couldn't hold up that well, but was able to hold up pretty well

Day 6

Kenpo X

I really liked this workout, but am unsure if I did everything correctly, but it was my 1st week so go figure lol, Otherwise I think I did just fine =)

Day 7

X Stretch

I decided to use this day since I was feeling sore. Overall felt much better afterwards. Kind of a Yoga retinue except not as hard.

WOOHOO Week 1 in the Books!

Day 8

Chest/back/Ab Ripper

Success is what i dreamed of and is driving me forward. I improved overall in each category, raising the bar at least 1 rep per category! And man was I happy =), My strength improved better in 1 week than almost 3 weeks of weight training alone (No joke here I actually raised my max bench by 10 lbs)! Now I'm actually able to get some ways up during a pull-up. Not able to come up yet, but PROGRESS DEFINITELY! Ab ripper did a little better than last time, so overall
I did Really GOOD!

Day 9

Plyometrics

Almost didn't get to do it, but overcame the lazyness and pushed...PLAY! Probably overdid it at times, but overall got a good burn in. Still working on bringing my knees up though lol

Day 10

Arms and Shoulders/Ab ripper

One again improved from last week! Increased reps (now need more weight lol) Progress is being made! Got a great workout in, and worked up a sweat. Ripper, was worn but was able to complete 10-15 reps each exercise.

Will post yoga later, sorry for late post but when I get done with my exercises most of the time I'm worn out and just forget lol but will try to be better on posting for future postings. BRINGING IT P90X Style!

Day 11

Yoga X

Still Continuing to learn this. But improved from last week, but still not able to do the crane..yet. Broke a good sweat, and overall had a pretty decent workout.

Day 12

Legs and Back/Ab Ripper

Felt really good about this workout but somethings I'm questioning if I'm doing right, but anyways felt the burn and Improved from last week.
Still fallowing my goal of completing at least 10-15+ on each of the ab ripping routines.

Later today i shall be completing Kenpo X. Then Week 2 will be DONE!
