Today I did the Chest and Back work out. When I started this 3 weeks ago i was only able to do about 6 - 8 "unassisted" pullups/chinups for the whole Chest/Back workout. This morning I was able to get a whopping 15 "unassisted"! This is supposed to be a "rest" week, but i don't think I really "brought it" during the first week of workouts. Hence, I decided to delay the "rest" week until next week to make up for lost time. I still haven't lost any weight yet, but my pants are definately fitting a little more loosley.

Awesome job! Keep up the good work! I just started the P90X program this morning and I had a lot of problems with the chin-ups and pullups too. I can't do very many right now without the chair either. I'm getting a new chin-up bar this week and might consider using the chair to up reps a little. We'll see. It's good to read about your success, good motivation I'm definitely bringing it tomorrow and the next 89 days!! Cheers!

good show of improvement

I like your idea of prolonging Phase 1, it's not to get caught up in the 90 days thing,
Good focus indeed.
