I graduated yesterday!!
Work/life got tough so it took me almost 2 extra weeks to finish phase 3 but I am done. My diet was bad; I averaged 2300 calories a day with a 22% protein, 62% carb, 15% fat ratio. Overall, I estimate that I took in
23000 more calories than I wanted during p90x. I think that could have resulted in a couple more pounds lost if I had stuck better to the diet (6lbs if all I lost was fat and gained no muscle

)
Anyways I am very happy with the results. I am definitely more fit, toned and in better health. My clothes fit so nicely now. For anyone who gets started and gets tired during it (it is a LONG three months), keep in there. you can do it and it will be worth it when you are done!

bicep curls pre p90x --> 19 reps at 5lbs, post p90x 36 reps at 8 lbs

toe touch prep90x --> +5.5 in, post p90x --> 7.75 in
