Well, I am embarrased to say I totally screwed up the last 2 weeks. My work and home schedule have got the best of me and my diet and workouts went to hell.

Anyway, do you guys think I should start phase 2 over again from the beginning since the past 2 weeks have been crap. I don't feel as if I progressed like I should have in phase 2 anyway.

Go for it. P90X isn't just a 90 day thing, it's a lifestyle change. Don't kill yourself over missing a couple of workouts or even two weeks. Just reset your goals and motivation and go for it. Restart phase II, you'll get to the 90th day soon!

It happens to everyone. Theres always gonna be SOMETHING that happens within a 90 day period that either makes you lose focus or unable to do the workouts completely. Like he4dhuntr said, don't get caught up in the slogan "get ripped in 90 days." If you miss a couple days, it's really no big deal. You should be proud of yourself that you realized you were messing up and you want to get back on track. Most people fall off and don't even try to get back on.

So yea, I would start phase 2 over again. Or you could just make up the 2 weeks and then do the recovery week, that way you don't plateau. Don't get down on yourself though, two weeks is not that bad.
