November 13 - Day 68 - Kickboxing + Ab-ripper X - Friday
Kickboxing was awesome!! I did everything perfectly , yeeey!! Ok , trainer showed me some combination and hited my leg wit ha low-kick After kickboxing i stayed in the class/gym and repeated technique , do some ab exercises , meditation....( 1 ,5 h ) At evening - Ab-ripper X 9,5 / 10 - if all days would be like this... but i decided to stay everytime after kickboxing... |

November 14 - Day 69 - Home training - Saturday
Hi , all!! I havent shown here for a while ... In this day i repeated my kickboxing technique , did some little routines : - Great body guaranteed - Abs - Great. b. g. - Stretch - 10 minute trainer - yoga also 50 min leg-split training!! 7/10 |

November 15 - Day 70 - X Stretch - Sunday
2 routines for me : X Stretch Shoulders and arms Reached 53 dips in 1 round I suggest you to try one arm dips (mm) 6.5 /10 |

November 16 - Day 71 - Kickboxing + Abx - Monday
Before my kickboxing i did a Ab-x ( perfect as always , i am not cocky :@ I trained kickboxing alone , because i like to train by myself , and i did a LOT! I will not write all exercises and routines, because i dont want to talk big about myself , let it better be my business... maybe soon i will leave this forum.... will see about that === Repeated my technique : Hands Legs Punches in speed with dumbbels shadowboxing Blocks - Trained my core - 5 circles , that was great ( no exercises named ) Then i did a new training system called - Kinesthetic Awakeness , i read about it in ross enamait book , that was awesome (mm) Trained my conditioning , based on burpees and other exercises... + Medicine ball ab training - 9 sets total , 30 reps 10 / 10 - for the hard work!!! |
