Don't over-do!!! I learned that the hard way. When you have injured yourself, you need time to properly heal, because when you start working out again you will be weaker wherever your injury occurred. Just continue to eat healthy, moderate portions, and when you are ready you can get your routine back.

Hey everyone,
its been a month since my injury, and i should be able to start up p90x again. ive been running and going to Zumba once a week, but its so not the same. I have also been back at school, so im stress eating and not having time to do anything besides breath and run to classes.

i am in the final 3 semesters of school, and am overloaded with work a lot, as well as my real job, and trying to have a semi social life. my best friend angie told me that the gym is the only thing she can do for herself, so thats how she makes time for it. thats going to be my new view.

Im going to redo my whole schedule and calendar, and i will be starting Hip Hop Abs in conjunction with P90x asap.

p90x will start all over again on monday

Don't get discouraged, it doesn't take anyone a month to put on all the weight and it won't take a month to get it back off. You just have to be realistic with your goals and keep moving forward. Everyone has bad days but if you let it get the best of you it will turn into a bad week/month and so on. Like Tony Horton sys, "keep pressing play" and you will see the results. I wish you the best of luck and I will watch your progress.
