I am on week 5 and no matter how much I try I just cant seem to see changes in my belly.
Its really hard to eat the right amount of calories for me which is what I think is putting me down. Im really sad
All I want is to have a 6 pack and im not even fat, I hate my flab!!!!!!!!!!!! Im so ticked!!!

I have been seeing these posts reqularly. In fact from your pics I think you are seeing results. Time is what is needed and patience is a virtue.
Unnecessary stressing out wont make you enjoy this process of tranforming your body. Do your best and forget the rest as Tony says.

If you have seen youtube videos or p90x success stories you will see that most people do not gain 6 pack abs within 30 days. They usually are able to see it after day 60. Genes also help with gaining 6 pack abs faster. Just be patient and results will come.

I know I have to be patient but seriously, its tough going through this every day and feeling like nothings happening.
I started at 150 and im now at 139 but I wonder, where did those 11 pounds go?!?!?!

Ok seriously, you lost 11 pounds! Thats AMAZING! I dont care what you say, the results ARE COMING! You already got so far! I have to believe that it comes with time. I am entering week four (although its taken me 5 weeks to get here). I definitely get discouraged and tell myself "this should be easy now" or "why cant you do more pullups" but I cant let that happen too much. I am trying to stay positive. The bottom line is that i always feel good after i do it. Do you? I am trying to stay focused on what I do feel rather than what I dont feel (like abs cause I dont see em either!). We can do this!
