Just finished week one, having to shift day 5 and 6 to day's 6 and 7 due to school commitments.
After one week, already lost half an inch on the waist, so now 35 inch waist. I was only about to do about half of each routine, either stopping halfway through due to failure or half the reps the group on the video does. Thoroughly impressed with that, though, considering I'm doing portion control for diet and just trying to eat more greens and lest carbs.
I started a daily blog offsite to keep track of my progress. sort of my way to keep myself motivated to continue, as I know that's going to be my real struggle. Also, I can speak longer there without feeling like I'm taking up forum space and attention. If anyone wants to read it, it's
