Well..... I havn't been on this site for a while now.
But I have been sticking with the program... although I missed a about 3 days of workout so far (I had races on those days so I burned some calories still)... I also made up some of these day on the rest days. Well my rest week came and went by already, and today is my day NUMBER 30! I will be starting Phase 2 TOMOROW! I took some pix and if anyone of you are interested I can post heme here, to see if you can see a difference from day 1. So far.. I am down 4% body fat and 15 pounds. (from 21% to 17% and from 195lb to 180lb) Thanks for your support |
