Hey everyone,

So today was day 1, the routine for the day was Core Synergistics. The workout was really intense but I got through it. Some of the moves in the video are hard to get down, I think it will take a couple of weeks to do them properly. I haven't sweat this much in a long time! I think I may need to get another mat because I have a tiled floor and my sweat was dripping on to the tiles and I nearly slipped a few times lol. I am so excited about this journey I have started. I still have to take my before pictures, which I will probably take later on tonight. I'm not sure if I should keep doing the Lean version or change to the Classic. Any opinions?

Day 2

Today I did Cardio X. I was already out of breath during the 6 minute warm up lol. The warm up included some Yoga which I have never done before, it was a little challenging. I did make it through the whole workout but on some exercises I had to pause it and then go back. Oh I almost threw up as well lol. But I feel great after doing P90X. I love it!

Today was day 3. I did chest and back and the ab ripper. I have to get a heavier set of weight because some of the exercises felt a little to easy. Ab ripper kicked my ass lol, but I love it. Tomorrow is suppose to be YogaX, but I might just skip to the next day and do legs and back and then do CardioX the next day. Is it ok to skip the Yoga but replace it with something else?

Day 5

So I chose to skip the Yoga and go to the next days workout which was Legs and Back. It was a great workout!! I could not complete all the reps but I'm almost there.

Hey Everyone,

I haven't been on for a about a week or so, busy with work and what not. I'm on my 12th day of the P90X program and it's going great. I started off with the lean program and then decided to switch it to the classic version. I also took some pics yesterday to compare to my before pictures and I can already see a change in my body, it's crazy and I am only on day 12!!!! I think taking pictures is a great way to see the change in your body. I'm stoked about this program I can't say it enough. My boyfriend said P90x is all I talk about now lol, I can't help it, it's the first program I actually look forward to doing. I must say though Plyometrics was really difficult for me, I thought I could make it through the whole video and I could not!! I had to sit down a few times because I was getting dizzy and my heart was pounding. I had to stop 20 minutes early. At least I tried lol. Anyway, I'll be back sometime this week to let everyone know how it's going!!!

BRING IT!!!! woooooooooo
