I finished day 6 Kenpo X. I loved it! It's the only video that really made me sweat so far. I think that may be because it is frigid in my apartment though! Not really a lot to say other than I am ready for tomorrow's Stretch X video!

Just finished Week 1 with X Stretch! It was A-Freaking-Mazing! Every bit of tension has left the building people!

I completed Chest and Back yesterday and Plyo today. The moves were easier, but I did sweat more. Other than that, same with eating. I've allowed myself a couple of treats, but my motto is everything in moderation and that has worked wonders for me. On to tomorrow's workout!

Ok, so here I am closing in on the end of week 2. I've done all my workouts this week and I am up to 10 pound dumbbells! I had to skip yesterday's Legs and Back workout. I felt really dizzy and out of it at my normal mid morning time, so I decided to put it off until 8pm. Well, then I discovered we had some frozen water lines, so with a hairdryer and hours later with the help of a family member, I was too pooped out. I finished Legs and Back and Ab RipperX a few minutes ago and will try to get Kenpo done this evening so I atleast have some recovery time in between....then tomorrow is Stretch.....hallelujah!

Why don't you do X Stretch today and Kenpo tomorrow? Your workout on Monday won't be affected by Kenpo (it's C&B, right?)Or do Kenpo AND X Stretch tomorrow.

Yeah, that actually makes more sense to do Kenpo and Stretch tomorrow. Ugh, I feel really thrown off.
