Well, day one is complete. I brought my best and I can only hope day 90 will amaze me, haha! Chest and Back was challenging with all the pushups. I suck HORRIBLY at push ups and have to do it girly style, but I DID IT! Pull ups.... let's not talk about pull ups! I WILL be striving to do atleast a couple on day 90! How in the world does a person do divebomber pushups on the knees? Can anyone answer that? I improvised, but it was awkward Ab Ripper X was great! I was able to do the full count on atleast 50% of the moves. The oblique one however was awkward as my hipbone kept digging in the floor (even with a mat). I worked through it though!
My husband rocked the Chest and Back because he is a soldier like that! Ab Ripper X was tough on his back. He was hit by a car as a child and has some trouble with the back, so, yeah. He did his best though, which is all we can do. We WILL be stronger as the days pass!

The trick with the Oblique V-s is you actually sort of lean back on one buttock and lift both legs and upper body. It took me about 4-6 weeks before I could get the hang of it.

You will be amazed at how you progress, I started out with very few regular pushups, mostly from the knees, now I can do anywhere from 5-10 on toes and then I do additional from my knees. As for Dive bomber from the knees, I don't know, I do the ones that Marene does.

Haha, I hope I get the hang of the obliques! That is one where I wish I had some extra cushion in the rear! I DID do my Plyo yesterday, I just didn't post. I was slammed with a nasty head cold. Stuffy, sore throat, constantly blowing my nose and was completely couch confined after my workout. After a good night sleep, I am ready for today's workout and a nice hot bath. This New England weather has got me down. By the way, EVERYTHING is sore, but it's the good kind of sore. It's really encouraging to keep going. I have already lost some of the bloat in my abdomen. It's amazing how proper eating and being active does that!

OK guys and gals, just finished my Shoulders and Arms and Abs. Seems to have cleared up my nose for the time being. Sticking to my healthier eating. Everything was surprisingly acheivable except the tri-rises. Those pretty much suck because again I had to fish for a comfy enough spot to cushion the tush. Maybe I could put a small towel or pillow under the hip bones. That shouldn't affect the actual workout should it? Oh well, I am ready for tomorrow!

P.S. The hubby had to run a work errand, so he's doing his Day 3 later in the evening.

The cushion sounds just fine, I used a towel under my back during the first few weeks of ARX.

I completed day 4 (Yoga X) today around 1:15pm. It took me 2 whole hours to complete because my little boys were screaming and being terrors the entire time, so I had to keep stopping. Needless to say, I didn't get to take advantage of the relaxation aspect of it. First half was soooooo repeatative. I am going to have to FORCE myself to get through the first half because I am impatient! I didn't seem to struggle too much with balance poses and I absolutely LOVED corpse and fetus pose (wonder why)! I do have to say that although the stretching was extreme at the time, my calves feel a million times better since! Looking forward to tomorrow!
