So again my new job is KILLING me! However, my P90X week is going much better this week. This is my "first" week (repeat). I just have been so busy to post every day...d*mn you work...
PHASE 3: Day 1 Chest/Back Doubles
It would good to feel more focused and push it again. Still unable to do a stupid pull up...but feel stronger! I did DIVER BOMBERS...forward and backwards...8 of them! I couldn't do one! WHOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Double I rode my bike to the gym, ran a little bit, and did the elliptical. Did most of ab ripper. I was tired!
Day 2: Plyo
I still heart you Plyo. Still one of my favs. Went well. My double is suppose to be today and then no Double on Wed (day 3), but I feel Plyo is a good work out, so no double tonight. Also, I don't like to run two days in a row b/c I have had two knee surgeries and running seems to bother me sometimes.
Day 3: Arms Doubles
Arms went well. Ab ripper done. Double at the gym.
