Well, after a minor injury, (pinkie sprain...) and taking the summer and fall off, I am back at it.

Day 1 of P90X classic began 11/30.

Day 2 is today.

No more excuses.

I will.

I completed the older P90 back last winter/early spring and was so happy with the results. I started the X around memorial day and was really into it and loving the compliments from everyone at our pool. Then, I stopped working out at lunch and started going out to eat instead, thinking, I'd make it up tommorow. Never did. No more eating out for lunch for this guy. Going to the house and doing my workouts instead.

Today is PLYO!

Thanks

Day 2 is in the books.

Plyometrics. I truly can't think of enough curse words to describe it.

I couldn't tell if I was crying or sweating!

Awesome workout though. Didn't wear my HR monitor. Will definatley remember to start wearing for all my cardio.

Day 3 is done.

Arms and Shoulders. Possibly the "Nicest" of the workouts in that all the moves are fairly straight forward and the amount of weight you use increases/decreases the intensity.

Anyway, Yoga tommorow.

I have to say before going back through the boards and reading up on the Yoga workout, I was not looking forward to it and was actually going to use Cardio X in its place. But, after reading through what everyone's thought are on the Yoga workout, I am definately going to do it. Hopefully it will work out some of my soreness.

Question. What are the thoughts on Recovery drinks. I read an interesting article on them and the Dr that wrote it makes you think they definately work. Especially since he was not selling and/or promoting any particular brand.

Anyone want to weigh in on what you have found success with?
