Right on!! If I were you I would pat myself on the back! LOL! Working out when you feel great is easy,...it's when your feeling not so good, or your schedule somehow got screwy is when it gets tough. But, when you keep on with your goal, man is it rewarding, because you know that your being accountable to yourself.
I did, Chest, shoulders, and triceps. The first part of that video kills me every time...re: three in one push ups! But other than that, I did pretty well. What I do when I workout now is fast forward as soon as I'm done doing the exercise that's on, then just go right on to the next one, which cuts my workouts down to around 45-40 min instead of a hour.
Going on to plyo this morning! Legs are still sore from hiking a mountain this past Sunday...so hopefully I will get through it all without collapsing! Glad to hear from you today! Look forward to your next post!!

Did Shoulders and Arms + Ab ripper X. I did really light light weights (3-8 pounds) to get used to the forms (I'm a stickler for form, I fear pain!) but even then the two-angle shoulder flys, well upright is fine but the lean was a little tough. Mostly I was trying not to throw the weight around too much. Right now I've got 3-10's sitting in my frontroom, where do you recommend starting at? I'm not sure where to go, big jump or one at a time? I mean just two - three weeks ago I was lifting 25-35 pounds on machines at a gym. Do I go ahead and try the big boys or ease back into it?

Tomorrow is a relief, yoga X... ok, confession time. I've had this series for a LONG time now. I'd even say maybe a year, not for sure on that. I have done yoga X and X stretch many many times, I dearly love them, but never attempted the rest of the workouts. I always waited to get strong enough.

I'm sure you did great with your plyo! Doing the lean course, I don't think I'm gonna get the "pleasure" but I do hope to finish lean and start classic.

I am not sure what day you actually started, but I started on August 7th and would be happy to buddy up. I am a 29 yo female and I think we have about the same goals. I am 5'8'' and this morning I was 180. I have put on a pound this week, but can tell my mid-section is leaning up and my legs are getting firm (which I know will add a bit weight to start, so not afraid yet). I am pretty much going this alone as my boyfriend is not interested in the program and our relationship combined with some resent surgery has caused me to put on about 15lbs and lose a lot of muscle tone.
Best of luck to you and hang in there.

With Chest and Back, if your aiming for more of a lean look, just remember to pick a weight that will hurt on the last couple of reps till you hit 16 total. Machines at the Gym are going to be a lot different that weights used at home. I'm pretty sure you were using the nautilus machines, the weight ratio is different for some reason that just using your standard dumbbells. I had that same issue a while back with the bench pressing nautilus.

You know, I cant stand Yoga X for some reason. I always seem to want to fall asleep. It makes me extremely tired. I did Back and Biceps, ARX yesterday! I did doubles on ARX,...instead of doing 25 reps each exercise, I did 50! Pretty stoked about that Other than that, just keeping on with the program. How are you doing today lady??
