Yesterday I did Stretch for the first time. Usually when I have a rest day I do just rest. I'm torn between really liking it and being bored with it. I can understand how it will benefit me. Its also a no brainer cd for me...anyone can stretch. I'm not too bad in the flexibility department though I would love to be flexible like that one girl on the CD. I have to say by the time we got to our toes I was ready to be done...it just seemed to be getting long.

Today is Core Synergistics again. I'll probably go do that in a little bit. Tomorrow is Yoga and I have decided I'll do at least the first hour. After that I'll see.

Yesterday marked day one of Phase 2. I was glad to be back into regular lifting...in that one week I had forgotten how much I missed it. I plan on marking my 30 day progress probably Saturday morning. Technically it will be day 31/32 but I like the month markers.

Shoulders/Chest/Triceps...tough workout, I'm feeling it in my arms today. I also did Ab Ripper. Well as much as I could do. I have a really tough time with those balance moves.

I know I haven't lost weight, which is my fault, but I do know I'm stronger and I would be surprised if I didn't see a change in measurement somewhere. My goal this month is to adhere myself even more to the program, clean up my diet, and continue to do better every time I do the program.

So far so good, I'm sticking with it!

Did Yoga on Saturday...I skipped the balancing stuff and I did what I could of the Yoga. Some of those poses are pretty intense!

Sunday I took my rest day. Generally its on Tuesday but I'll just push my workouts back a little and do Legs/Back today and Kenpo on Tuesday.

Saturday morning I did some measurements for day 30. I've lost 1 lb. (again my fault because I'm not being careful enough with my diet). I've lost a half inch in my hips and put on an inch in my arms. I'm hoping I can work on cleaning up my diet better this month and see some real viewable changes.

My biggest hurdle is diet also. I love the workouts, but to really get the results I'd like - I know I've got to really work on my eating habits.
Keep up the good work and keep the updates coming.
