Plyometrics today:
I do not want to PT today, I have not motivation. I had a garage sale this morning so I didn't get to do my workout when I usually do, had to deal with the hoards trying to bargain down already cheap prices for next to nothing. Freaking annoying.
Well, time to get rolling, ugh!
Ran 6.11 miles and did the plyo, I was alright until about minute 20 in the video, those rockstar jumps beat me down again. But I finished it all up.

I lost another pound, I'm down to 174. Today is shoulders & arms and ab ripper X. I won't be running today, a friend came over lastnight with some wine and we drank, so I'm not in tip top condition to be doing any running.
Completed the workout, as usual it was challenging, but I can see that I'm getting stronger as I'm able to hang with the P90X crew longer then before. I'm sure the running on top of the P90X is helping as well. Time seems to be flying by for this program so far, I hope it continues that way, well, except for those yoga days, I do not enjoy that workout. I'm about done with my recovery drink and will have to order some more, I may also try a similar product at GNC, I can't remember the name of it right now, but the nutritional information on the bottles is pretty similar.

Ok, the good news is, I did P90X for 21 days and started to see results and improved physical fitness. The bad news is, as I said I had to attend school in San Diego where I was sans a kitchen and had little recreational time, so I ceased the P90X. Back to the plus, as I said in one of my initial posts, my PFT score was not that good, after three weeks on P90X I raised my PFT score from a 185 to a 220. I did 10 pullups, vice the 6 cited in my first post, I ran a 22:57 3 mile, vice the 25:57 prior to the P90X and did 100 situps, same as initially, never really had a problem doing situps. Within a few days of ceasing P90X I put on a few pounds and hovered between 178 - 182. So now I'm beginnig the journey again. I will be moving to Oregon in the next couple of weeks, hopefully I will have the time and discipline required to continue with the workout. The biggest problem I can see is the pullups.
Well I don't contribute all of my results to P90X in regards to the run I'm sure the P90 helped, as you could see I was running a lot in conjunction with the workout.
So today it begins again. I ran 4 1/2 miles and am doing disc one in a few minutes.
