did core and cardio already and it's ok, my cardio is way better than my strengh

i'm still having problem with eating well though:dry:

Just knocked out my plyo for the day. Man that exercise will work you. Time for some delicious dinner.

not gonna lie, i heavily modified plyo today, my knees starting "snapping" or making loud cracking noises, so i was going pretty easy on the squats, gonna be disapointed when i feel less burn tomorrow, but better that then an injury:)

yeah exactly!

when i did plyo, i stop twice during the sqats because of that... thought it was better going slow than be forced to skip 1 week or two because of an injury...

i hava shoulders and arms today and abs... ouch!

Sorry guys.. I am out. I started doing a push up on Monday and I felt a pop in my abdomen and so much pain I could barely move the rest of the day..I am still sore now, but I think it's best for me to rest for at least a week to make sure I don't cause anymore injury (hernia etc.), so I will have to leave this group and start again when I am fit enough Good luck on your journeys
