great job starsky!! and by the were using the same protein suplements.
eyyy its cheap and works well for me. i tried different kind but dont like the taste. are you doing round 2 now?

I have a question tho, after your workouts you said you would take protein supplements, how much grams of protein were you knocking back?

To answer your question Brady I was taking in 26 grams after the workout, which was only 1 scoop. As far as total per day I would avg anywhere between 70-80 grams. Good luck and bring IT!!!

Did you add dextrose to your drink? I bought Endurox R4 which seems to work pretty well but I think it'd be cheaper to buy a big thing of Optimum Nutrition Whey and add dextrose, which I'm considering...
